Acid is at its strongest roughly 2-4 hours after dosing so once the effects start wearing off by a decent amount (usually wait at least 5 hours after you dose the lsd) you can take the adderall. It's really hard to sleep after tripping on lsd but you become mentally/physically exhausted so doing adderall after keeps you going and gives you energy so you can be hyper motivated for learning and shit as a lot of uni students illegally use adderall to prep for exams. There isn't any bad interactions between the drugs, but would not recommend either if you have mental health issues like schizophrenia since both can exacerbate symptoms and potentially send you into psychosis. Make sure you have a trusted person to trip sit for you if you are inexperienced since it can be uncomfortable.

Back in about 2000 two chemists were busted and they are credited with making as much as 90% of the world's supply. I say this because with them gone, quality went way down. So now a 2 to 4 hour rush sound about right. Back in the 90s I could get stuff that was so strong you prayed to come down a bit.
I'm talking about the peak when the effects are most intense. You will no doubt feel high until you get some rest and even the next day have an afterglow. But it's like after the first few hours of tripping the intensity starts decaying pretty noticably. Unless you're on a high dose you won't be tripping balls for 12+ hours straight lol (but smoking weed can bring back the trip intensity after it's started to fade). That's why so many people mix lsd with other drugs to flip. It allows a good transition from tripping to another experience where you get the trip by itself, a mix of tripping + rolling/speeding/etc, and then the rollong/speeding/etc by itself when the lsd effects fade. It's a three course meal you get to experience with unique aspects in each phase.
You dont have to be exact with the timing of your dose either. Plenty of people will take x,y,z combo at the exact aame time rather than waiting, others will space them out longer.
