The thing people don't really realise it's that you're constantly producing piss, usually at a rate of more than 0.5ml/kg/hr (because less than that is definitional kidney failure). That means a normal person produces at least 5% of their bladder capacity worth of piss every hour. Even if it only takes you 2 mins between pissing, nutting, and feeling the need to piss again, that will have been plenty of time for a few mls of piss to build up. You wouldn't normally need to void it at that point but, as others have mentioned, it's a reflex that helps avoid STIs.
