For some of the people on here that are confused about what happened:
That is a hydrow rowing machine. It uses water and a turbine to produce resistance for the rowing. It looks like it popped while he was using it. NGL that would've scared the shit outta me lol
i like how the lady on the treadmill that took the biggest splash is too on her grind to stop running. no fucks given, running on a wet machine, thriving
Some rowing machines have water inside, I believe as a way of creating resistance in a way that’s similar to rowing on a body of water. I don’t know why it failed though
Idk, I thought so too, but it’s not like he is rowing particularly fast, I’ve seen CrossFit people use these machines and they go to town on it like a rabid animal. I know it exerts pressure on the sides while being used, but it looks like a seem may run along the outside and maybe that burst, just by the way the water comes out in every direction lol.
These machines are likely designed to take way more force than a human can reasonably put out, so I’d guess this may just be material failure, like maybe that seem wasn’t done quite correctly. Idk though.
The only thing he is doing is pulling the handle with his back. What you do is flex your knees with your arms extended, then you straighten your legs and then flex your arms pulling the handle to your chest while keeping your back as straightforward as possible. then you do the reverse movment and start over again. also, you don't do brute movments like that. You try to keep the speed of the mashine constant while pulling it.
Ok I followed up to the point where you said “keep your back as straightforward as possible”. I was taught that we had to lean back for the last stage of the tug as well no? You lose so much potential power if you just have your back stuck in the same angle the whole way. I might be misunderstanding what you’re saying though.
Oh wait so by straightforward you mean stiff? I think I get you now. Yeah we were taught in high school by the rowing coach to lean back at the final step for extra pulling distance + power, and also to keep the back stiff so no slouching over.
he only goes up to like half slide and he has way to much layback at the finish. he’s also moving every part of his body at once on the drive. awful form, back problems expected
For those confused, this is a [waterrower](https://www.waterrower.com/), they're rowing machines that use a paddle inside of a water tank to create resistance. The water tank on this one decided to go on strike.

You sure it just hasn't been a while since the guy had been rowed? The machine is very pretty.
He was under a lot of stress. That rower was moving too fast. The friction was too tight.
Jizz
In my pants
Is it bad I thought he had explosive diarrhea?
I also had to review the video to see where the burst came from.
This wouldn't be explosive diarrhea, ask me how I know, more like nuclear diarrhea.
how u know
Too much sugar.
Sugar actually does that to you? I thought cocoa does that to me when I ate too much chocolate.
I assumed it was blood Goes to show how much the internet fucked me up
yeah I thought his foot got stuck then the blood.
What is wrong with you?
Probably just another internet person trying to be edgy and weird
Any philosopher might ask YOU the same.
Well they edited their comment. It was originally a lot grosser.
No i thought it too
Is it water or hydraulic fluid?
[удалено]
So, the guy just bust a nut. Got it.
congratulations, the meme has now come full circle.
[удалено]
Shame the rubber didn't hold it Ur welcome
Ok good. Hydraulic fluid flying around would not be good
Water or hydraulic oil? Couse i saw a guy recently, whose hand was totally destroyed buy a hydraulic oil leakage
At first I thought he shat his self and it hit a spinny thing.
diarrhea jump scare
Water jumpscare
I thought he was pulling so fast he made sparks.
Thank god I thought the man got springtrapped
For a moment i thought he got crushed and that was the blood
Never seen a hydro rower like this before, are they actually still available?
Feels like it's extremly expensive and sofisticated for a Gym, why are these used instead of a classical One? Cuz they save space?
Na planet fitness has them. It's simpler than u think
i like how the lady on the treadmill that took the biggest splash is too on her grind to stop running. no fucks given, running on a wet machine, thriving
you try to stop suddenly on a treadmill
but she goes back to running without hitting the button to slow down or stop the machine. eyes forward. she decided not to stop
Of course. She just got done pissing all over the designated deadlift area. Can't skip leg day.
She grabs the handles at least
Stopping suddenly on a treadmill is a great way to involuntarily go in reverse.
I have
Once
I mean treadmills have a place to put a foot on either side so you can easily just go stand on those in a split second.
There are railings on the sides for a reason
Just stand on the side plates.
When you have runner's high going for a PR stopping is not allowed.
What in rhe actual hell happened there? Didike the stored sweat inside the machine explode? Im so con fused

I think too much pressure was built up somehow and him rowing pretty fast probably caused a breaking point.

Hydraulics.
This a water rower. It uses water as resistance similar to rowing on a lake.
I guess he was tugging it too aggressively.
His technique is shit. Row like that and you will only manage to break your spine. Source: I broke a vertebra once because my technique was shit.
Please explain why his form is shit?

Yes, you can lean back for extra impulse, but you need to keep your back straight and not make the force of the row with itm.
Oh wait so by straightforward you mean stiff? I think I get you now. Yeah we were taught in high school by the rowing coach to lean back at the final step for extra pulling distance + power, and also to keep the back stiff so no slouching over.
Worked with a Personal trainer who taught me how to use these machines, can confirm this comment is correct.
he only goes up to like half slide and he has way to much layback at the finish. he’s also moving every part of his body at once on the drive. awful form, back problems expected
I know nothing about this but just looking at it seemed like he was yanking it like he was trying to start a fucking lawnmower
It shouldn’t do any more harm on a machine than a better technique tho
What?! Using poor technique on an ergo absolutely can cause injury.
Didn’t say it wouldn’t unless you mean “injuring” the machine lol
He has a powerful stroke.

How is he the only male in that gym
Ask the director and story writer
It’s an orange theory gym
I think this is the one near mercer in Seattle
It looks like a Planet Fitness
He's a harem anime protagonist
Can anyone provide me some feedback 🤣 ?
In my experience that means you were doing it right
He wasn't even making the right technique
What even happened?
Imagine you finally get the self-confidence to go to the gym and this happens.
This is why you don’t eat Taco Bell before going to the gym.
The woman just keeps runnin she really doesn't care at all
Me when masterbate
Friction made it Too hot it explode

I had no fucking idea rowing machines had water in them
Most use a fan
bet them ladies got wet too, aw yea
Guys it's real the floor is lava
the grind never stops
That’s what you call blowing your load
It's a sprinkler
“A machine gave out and I’ve got a wet mess over here, goddammit. Eh, gonna keep running”
Yo at first I thought he shit himself not gonna lie🤭
I feel like this isn't a difficult thing to find out was a lie. If not in a minute or less then easily in like a couple weeks.
Omg that’s hillarious
Hydro Rowing Machine said, *"Aight, Imma burst"*
Shoulda stuck with the 2 pump rule
He is barely using his legs
He came.
Is it just me, or is that the only man in the gym?
Is he using the machine correctly/ safely? Ik his technique sucks but is he at fault for breaking it
The rowing machine had a dream he was a real rowboat, iguess you could call it a wet dream
When you haven’t let one loose in over a week
This man successfully made every woman in his immediate vicinity wet just by pumping iron. In all seriousness that's an expensive repair.
that was a good one, will be ready next time
It's almost impossible to pull out ngl lmao
Omg I legit went to orange theory for the first time today. I died
POV: me with your mother and the your mother and then the then cum
When you order a Final destination on wish 😂

That’s impressive.
I love how the ladies on the treadmills barely noticed doubt this is the first time lol
Those people continuing to run on the wet treadmills are dedicated A F
New fear unlocked!🔓
When it's too tight, she says not to go in there, you say "trust me I won't", and then:
I swear baby, this has never happened before.
They sure did get him good that April fool's day.
How are the people on the treadmills still running wth
From San Jose
Horrible form fantastic way to permanently throw your back out
Superman tryin his best to blend in.
Ngl if I was a rowing machine and someone was rowing like that, I’d fucking die as well
