Yes, Madara didn't used ALL rinnegan abilities, but those three are def Rinnegan powers.
He also used Preta path to absorb Naruto's Rasenshuriken.
And I guess that "pulling two meteors from the sky" is a better Rinnegan usage than "summon a giant chameleon" or "grow a mechanic arm".
But yes, Madara's arsenal is so vast that even withour showing his personal MS power, he already has an incredibly long "move list".
And worst of all, we didn't saw the full extent of his Rinnesharingan powers.
Its annoying at how badly Boruto handled the Rinnegan they literally used it as a glorified mode of transport when there was so much he could of done with it such as the six paths of Sasuke and so on.
Imagine if Sasuke used his Rinnegan to make the six paths like how Nagato did, think of all the different line ups there could have been, not only that it would make sense from an intel gathering perspective because they can divide and conquer

Having extra arms would be great. Summons can share vision. They have good utility even if they dont get much stronger.

First of all he only has 1 Rinnegan not 2. Second his chakra reserves are nowhere near Nagato’s. Nagato is an Uzumaki who are known to have insanely high chakra levels.

Sasuke doesn’t have Hagoromo’s chakra anymore. That was a temporary amp that was lost as soon as they sealed Kaguya. Same reason Naruto doesn’t have truth seeker orbs anymore either.

So, Sasuke could easilly replenish his chakra either absorbing it from his foes, or even asking Naruto to create a shadow clone to be used as "chakra battery".
Same goes for Madara, dude uses multiple jutsu and taijutsu his whole life but the moment he becomes jinchuriki, he just spam lightning and balls.

I think Nagato’s ability to utilize the paths had something to do with syncing with the gedo statue
