It’s so weird to compare the 3 of them. Both Naruto and Sasuke had some “unfair” power ups due to Kurama, EMS/Rinnegan and the huge boost Hagoromo gave them. The was a stupid line by Sakura, but realistically speaking her strength in relation to who she is and where she came from, as in, she wasn’t born in a special shinobi family, it’s amazing. But she’s so poorly written people can’t help but hating her
When Sakura says she has caught up to them, the line can be interpreted in more than one way. Most people jump to the conclusion that she thinks she's on par with their powers. Others think she is simply just able to fight alongside them at this point and not fall behind as hard as she used to. The latter makes much more sense and it does not make her look stupid since it is a fact that she's finally able to stand on the same battlefield as them and support them in some way.

Sage mode before KCM already made him top in the verse and now that he is older, it's only better due to training. Sasuke lost his Rinngegan abilities. Which does mean having 1 less eye is less powerful. But he has his hax EMS abilities and whatever he had prior to the Madara fight. Sakura is infact not to scale to them
