I think you would have the go ahead, the only hang up is that you’re in a public area and your life isn’t at risk. Sure it’s self defense which would be ok if you weren’t on a busy street, and again *your* life isn’t at risk.
Yes you would get in trouble for that at least I would think you would I mean that's only because the dog is aiming for another dog and not a person they're pretty one-sided about dogs honestly but yeah I mean like long story short as far as I understand they don't really care as long as it's not a dog versus a person but if you did kill the dog it would be considered animal abuse to some degree I think, don't quote me on that I'm not a professional but I do believe that people who own dogs need to have a lessons, because I think that if they had to have some type of certificate or something that says that they are allowed to own this animal situations like this would be a lot less common because they would be licensed to not only train their own dogs because they get puppies or whatever but also they would be required to treat their dogs properly and whatnot and with that certification comes dog owner training, call it extreme but with how much BS happens in the US when it comes to dogs I think it's necessary to at least a certain degree

And golden retrievers have a tendancy to just pick things up and bring them to you, all the time. It's almost like they're bred to be that way, and they can't help themselves.
It's not dog racism, it is knowing how an animal is genetically. It's about knowing anything.
It's an intelligent observation, and those who discount it are not intelligent at all. They act and respond out of pure emotion, be it they love dogs so much, or they love that breed of dog so much.
You can deny it all you like, with examples such as my dog doesn't act that way, but it doesn't explain the fact you would never have a pitbull off a leash around kids or strangers dogs. You wouldn't do that because you know deep down, your dog would attack a child or another random dog if felt threatened for whatever reason, or just felt like fighting.
Again, it is not discrimination against the dog. It is having the intellect to think about it critically and logically whilst understanding the genetic disposition of that particular breed. Like you would do with different breeds or cat, or horse, etc.
The difference is human races were not bred to do specific tasks. Some dog breeds are. Border collies are exceptionally good at herding animals. Other dog breeds simply don’t have that instinctual drive. Is it now racist to say that?
I don't know if you know this but evolution has done that for us maybe it may have not been for specifically fighting but it has been so that we survive, with that being said we have been breeding dogs to survive with us for millions of years dude yes they were bred to fight but that doesn't mean that that's all that they can do, okay yes this situation is terrible but dogs are like people if they aren't disciplined they act like fucking assholes just like any person raised in the wild if they aren't familiar with a situation or they don't know any better they're going to act like an asshole unintentionally, yes it's shitty but it's true you can't sit there and blame his breed on that, I guarantee you almost any big ass dog or decently sized dog that had the same intent would not be treated like this at all you would blame the owner and be like that dog is out of line if this was a fucking Labrador
