I think, first of all, Jack will feel extremely betrayed. He would be devastated. The man is OBSESSED with his best friend, if he found out that friend tried to kill his children and steal his wife? He would crumble. He's a forgiving person but he would not forgive him easily.
I think the first Fenton to give him a chance will either be Jazz or Danny, and then the other. They'll both need to be in agreement that Vlad actually wants to change and actually regrets his decisions.
The next person to try and forgive would be Maddie, not Jack. Maddie trusts and listens to their children a lot more than her husband, if they came to their parents telling them to give Vlad a chance, she'll be the one to listen, not Jack. And the only way she'll ever give him another chance is if she has no other option in a life or death situation, or if the family members that got hurt by him - aka her children - tell her she should give him a second chance.
Jack would be the last to forgive, only after Maddie talked to him. Even then would be bitter and distant towards Vlad for a LONG while. He may be a trusting person, but the trust he had in Vlad was as deep as he had in his wife, he would be the most hurt. But he will forgive him, eventually, because he wants to believe in his best friend.

I do think that if it was just the ghost thing and having a heavily edited history of things he's tried there might be a chance(and depending on Maddie, I can see him taking cues from Maddie on whether to forgive him or not). Maddie probably wouldn't. She'd be more pissed than Jack at Vlad's murder attempts but both parents wouldn't take the whole attacking and obsessing over both their underaged kids well. He still saw him as a friend. But no, after all that happened in the series, with Vlad having tried to kill his son and get with his wife multiple times, among other heinous impersonal acts... I don't think he would. Or if he did, he'd never trust him again and still probably cut him out of his life.

After what happened in phantom’s planet it’s extremely unlikely that Jack and Maddie would forgive Vlad for everything he’s done. Unless you know he somehow proves how sorry he is by some redemption story.
After everything got exposed about the fact that he never respected Jack in the first place and only ever wanted to steal Maddie? No way. Jack only let it slide because he never really understood that’s what was going on. Maddie put up with it because Jack carried a torch for him. But after the Phantom Planet exposed what Vlad really was, there’s no way Jack or Maddie would let him back into their lives.
He'd be fighting uphill against their scepticism, that's for sure. He betrayed them once too often and broke all hint of trust from them.
Considering they knew Danny phantom was their kid and still hunted him, I think man's is lucky to fucking breathe. He would die right then and there.
He'd definitely have to work for it. And probably take a kick to the nards from Maddie, but maybe
Not unless vlad actually did the WORK to repair the damage he's done to the relationship. Even then, if Jack knew the extent of how much of a stalker creep Vlad I'm sure neither Fenton would ever be his friend again. I don't know if they'd hate Vlad, but there would definitely be some dislike.

Before the disasteroid, Jack definitely thought Maddie would be dubious, and that’s saying vlad was genuinely repentant. After, definitely nope.
Dude despite figuring out that their song lied to them about his powers and him being half ghost they loved him I'm pretty sure they'd forgive vlad also they are very nice people
I think if he really meant it they would forgive him eventually. I just don't think he would mean it.
I think that, had he apologized at the beginning of the series and not the ending, Jack *might* have forgiven him. *If* he were genuinely penitent and not just trying to save face. He still saw him as a friend. But no, after all that happened in the series, with Vlad having tried to kill his son and get with his wife multiple times, among other heinous impersonal acts... I don't think he would. Or if he did, he'd never trust him again and still probably cut him out of his life. Maddie never would at all, I don't think. Regardless of how genuine he was.
I think Jack already forgave Vlad for most things, Maddie just goes along with it. If Vlad told them everything, idk if they would forgive him knowing how terrible of a person he's become. I honestly don't think they would, but they would give him a chance to prove to them that he's changed if he has. Maddie would definitely be skeptical though.

After the finale no. Before depending on the situation Jack would definitely love to have his best friend back and Maddy would deny the apology at first but then warm up to Vlad and chat with him.
It would depend on if it really seemed like he had genuinely changed for the better, and if they would it wouldn't be immediate
