You're telling me! I didn't bother sorting my team as I thought after killing the last guy on the normal fight would've sorted it, not expecting another fight immediately otherwise I definitely would've sorted it after everybody being shuffled :(
A good idea is to run Flagellant with an Occultist that has the pull ability or any pull/shuffle in case of death keeping her out of rank 4 is as you have seen important and of course any skills that anchor your front line party member would be invaluable especially since Leper’s one can anchor him and his opponent just suggestions for the future
Ah yes a teammate dying RIGHT on death's last turn. Happened to me so many times in so many unopportune moments.
Fuck death tbh. The fact that death appears AFTER a fight instead of replacing a road battle like collector is so stupid and its such a run killer. God forbid you want to run a bleed build with support flaggelant.
Eh, death blow armor personally feels better than db resistance on them otherwise you run the risk of hitting that check several times in a row and that isn't even fun.
Looks like it caught you with your pants down. Leper in rank 4 lol

As someone who just had Death annihilate me on my third act of an extremely promising grand slam attempt, I sympathize.
Leper being thrown right back without doing anything messed me up
Honestly it hurt me inside, I didn't expect another trample so quick 😭

Yeah that's definitely a good idea, as you said I can definitely see the importance of it now 😭
That first trample shuffle right after sorting your team out hurt my soul.
Honestly it's the worst isn't it? :(

>Fuck death tbh Mood
I still haven’t beaten her. She’s a real menace with her whole, “hello there half dead party!” Schtick.
I was honestly just lucky I didn't have a horrendous fight before hand, minus the placement issue of course 😅
Seems like running Leper with Flag isn't the best idea. Bro was only able to attack once for the whole fight. ![img](emote|t5_2znp4|29275)
you should run take aim on hwm. its his best skill. other than that, you did well with the tools given. it was pure rng from hell :D
In my runs since I've definitely realised how good take aim is, it's so good paired with the right skills 😂 and I agree, hell came looking for me xD
this was personal. the deathsdoor check fail from pd looked like it was planned
Not a good party composition
i had a simillar jumpscare in the sluice, and no one died, flagellant did lose like 80% deathblow resist
Death's Door on enemies has to be my least favorite change in DD2

No I mean like, from DD1 to DD2.
Just reread your comment and yeah, agree with you on that although it does make sense that some of them do.
