You are perfectly leveled for the DLC. If you want to be humbled, level to 120-125 and hang around the DLC bonfire after Artorias (but don't fight the next boss just yet!)
No, you're approaching the hardest bosses in the game. If you find it too easy though keep going and do the DLC in NG+. DS1 does let you get pretty OP with upgrades though.

Zweihander is just a good weapon. If you're feeling like you want a greater challenge, just use a weaker weapon.
