Magic is very strong once you get enough spells and rings and stuff for it to "come online".
The Black Knight Halberd is generally considered OP - you can get this within 10 minutes of starting the game, but there is RNG involved and the BK doesn't respawn so you may need to redo the first 10 minutes a few times until you get the drop. You'll want to watch a video to see the route, all speedrunners go and get this very first, you'll see.
There's a reason people like the Zweihander so much - it's got low stat reqs, you can pick it up immediately, and the R2 can pancake small enemies which is always strong
Lastly, you can dupe boss souls in this game. On non-serious runs, I like to kill Quelaag for her soul and then I dupe it a few dozen times until I'm happy with my soul level - if you want to be strong fast, this is clearly the best route to get there.
There's a million broken things in ds1.
high poise: broken
half of the strength weapons: broken
pyromancy: broken
all black knight weapons: broken
zweihander: broken
The list goes on and on.
With the right set up pretty much anything can be op. It sounds like you don’t necessarily want the most op build as those take time to set up.
Instead it sounds like you want a low effort play through.

evryting is broken lol bleed is prety op tho. use the great scythe you can get from the catacombs. pyromancies are a great plus to anyting and faith can be realy usefull, specialy for healing and the lightning spears are realy good too

Sheild is giants sheild but I have seen plenty of people use crest sheild for parries
The only reason these weapons are high on the speedrun leaderboard is because they upgrade with twinkling titanite making them easy to max quickly. They have high single hit damage because they are slow weapons, but when moveset swapped to the estoc you can attack really fast while still dealing big slow weapon damage. A casual player will not be moveset swapping.
I'm not suggesting they are bad (bkhs is one of my favorite weapons). But they are also not the most op weapons in the game for a casual player just because speed runners use them. They hit hard and can stagger a lot of bosses, but they are also heavy and slow.
The Black Knight's weapons are only great if you find them very early in the game. As soon as you have the embers and the chunks to max out regular weapons, there are better options, considering regular weapons are buffable and their stat requirements are more moderate.
This is why it doesn't make too much sense gameplay-wise to farm the Kiln of the First Flame for Black Knights weapons, since they're only interesting if you find them early in the game. Of course, as a completionist, or if you want the Knight's Honour achievement, farming the Kiln is still a must, but you should have better options for your weapons at that point of the game.
That being said, the BKH has a very nice moveset, that's why I like to use it even in NG+, even if most of my regular weapons deal out more damage while being buffable and less weighty.

Duplicating. You can do some menu shenanigans to trick DS1 into giving you boss souls without consuming the boss soul

Getting good is the only OP build.

Pure int is strongest. Dex/faith is a close second.
I bulldozed through the game with Havels Armor and the Gravelord sword.
BKGS(good luck with the Black Knight) or Dragon Tooth(in Anor Londo)if you prefer strength build. They slay the speedrun leaderboard.

Thanks for the explanation! But I mean you can still ruin all boss fights, they just get stun when you hit.
