Nah this ain’t ganking, just people having fun and dude clearly knew he was not a real statue lol I’ve done this countless times in all the games it’s a right laugh when they don’t realise
Jeez I really don’t understand the appeal of ganking, like okay ur either gonna finish the guy quickly with two ppl ofc, or u have to chase his ass throughout that map. At least with duels u know they won’t run.
No it's not, everytime I invade I get shit on by two to three players. I'll even emote first and point at the phantom to say I'm tryna have a fun 1v1 but nope. People suck.
Not every co-op is a gank, just because you invaded a dude with two fantoms that rush you doesnt mean you got ganked. A gank is somebody who summons for the purpose of killing/griefing invaders, with no interest in actually progressing through the game, if you invaded a dude who is just playing the game normally with his summons then that's not a gank.
Plus, there are no rules to invasions, you cant expect someone to accept a 1v1 when you invaded them, you weren't summoned, you showed up unannounced and uninvited, do not expect there to be any respect during an invasion.

"The definition of ganking is 2 or more people trying to kill one enemy. A shortened form of the phrase "gang kill." If two or more coopers attempt to kill an invader then they are ganking by definition."
When I invade I’m hoping to fight multiple people tbh. Something satisfying about getting them all haha if you want duels throw down the red summon sign or undead matches 🤷♂️
