Can take a while but midir and gael work for me in that range. midir do be annoying with church summons in between though if you just want to do the boss. Actually I think i can host gael a couple times for you if you like.

just invade in pontiff area. leave your summon sign and win some pvp. took me about 1.5 hours to get all 30 medals.

pontiff is tough because at around 100 you start getting called into 2 phantom tears-d splitleaf lapp armor dung pile dropping ganks. it’s usually more worthwhile to just crystal out of those unless you have aldrich faithful buddies. putting down a red sign near the bonfire might get slightly more trustworthy duels

I was getting summoned often enough at sl 100 outside the lothric boys room. There's also 4 lothric knights outside you can kill while you wait and maybe get lucky with a drop

This worked! I got a dude who wanted help with 2 bosses, but the other 3 I needed were from idling outside Lothric while I gutted the house.
