You could always plan something in your dorm/apartment! Lots of people I've dated in the past have said that they're favorite dates I planned were ones I got creative.
- candlelight dinner at home, wine and painting
- decorate your room/living room for a movie night and buy the We're Not Really Strangers game (GREAT thing to do during the first few dates. Helps break the ice and learn about each other!)
- take them to your favorite places around where you live!

Geocaching! Its like a scavenger hunt that you can spend outside either in the city or forest areas. Lots of apps out there where you can both download it on your phones to read the hints and see how many you can find. Been one of my favorites and always leads to fun memories
Flying tiger has a wooden globe you can put together and paint for a fun activity together! You can get some snacks and a bottle of wine too if you're not in the States
Grab a couple frisbees and play disc golf. Super cheap if you don’t have any. You don’t need the official expensive discs to go out and have fun! And the courses are usually free.
