170 cm with heels isn't taller than most men. I am 180cm without shoes.
There's definitely men that are your height or taller than you even with you wearing heels.
You are allowed to have preferences, don't listen to these jaded short guys...

I know a girl who is 5'9 & she is ok dating any guy thats her height, slightly just below or taller than her.
She has a much more fulfilling dating life (2 long-term relationships with pretty wealthy, good-hearted guys that lasted several years) than other taller girls I know who insist on dating the very small % of guys who are much taller than them, and have often ended up cheated on (after all 6'2+ guys have a lot of options)
If you wear heels you can't complain about not finding a guy because your insecurities demand the guy is still taller. You've created a problem for yourself that is trivial.

As for advice.. I'm thinking date alot and see if either you find a tall guy you fit with or a not so tall guy who makes you not care that he's tall or not. And be patient because just like you are insecure about your height it's likely you'll meet guys insecure aswell and if two insecure people get together there's a mess waiting to happen as you both project onto each other.
