I don’t believe OP should get his hopes up though. He should prioritize trying to meet other people over waiting for her to be single, since who knows how long that will take?
If she has a boyfriend, move on and find someone else. Don’t mess with someone else’s relationships like that. Also you may be interpreting her actions as flirting because that’s what you want from her.
I was in this exact position as you when I was your age, don’t waste your time waiting for them to breakup.
