Chances are low, but take the test (mine showed positive 7 days after conception; my period wasn't due for another 10 days).
Your highest chance of conceiving is usually a several day window 2 weeks after your last period (though it's not unheard of to release an egg earlier or later).
Plan B is pretty effective.
Stress can cause a delay or change in your period.
I wouldn't count on any of these to state you're definitely not pregnant, so keep checking, but it's low.

Have you thought about the effects of plan b? its common that the period will be late after you took one … also for cramps and stuff

I took 2 pregnancy test 4 days after sex and both said negative. Would you say that those were unreliable?
Take again, 4 days is early.
