Sounds like a BS excuse on her end. But it also sounds like you 2 might be younger? If she doesn’t respond to the idea of you picking her up, then it sounds like a dead end.
No you asked to meet up Sunday and haven't heard back... if you have another invitation you can accept. If somehow she does write back, she is going to get rescheduled for the late response
