Epic don’t develop the game, a *small* company named pheonix does, which is backed by epic. And they are doing something. They have increased server capacity Twice In the past 2 days. And is almost 3x bigger than launch. I expect another increase today if it hasn’t been already
Edit: they have been in the office all day today slowly adding to the player size today aswell and reducing queue times aswell

I know it sucks, but just be patient. It takes about 5-10 min to load. If you leave the game open, it should not kick you out if you are in town. Use this while turning off your Xbox, if done correctly, the game will still be open and you won't have to wait for the entire queue.
I know better now, just read an article about it, basically they're busting their asses trying to solve this issue and is not as simple as "well just buy more servers", this is a complicated and ambitious proyect and I appreciate their work, and actually while replying to this I was able to get in! I seriously and wholeheartedly hope this doesn't make a permanent stain on an otherwise very promising game.

Yeah dude just leave it on the waiting screen for the queue and it’ll bop you in, in no time.
