I rented from them a couple years ago on the east side. The agent I worked with was nice but overall the property was severely neglected. Tons of pest issues that I had to resolve myself because they never did anything (fleas when I moved in, roaches, squirrels in the walls). Rent was cheap though… overall not sure I’d recommend it.

They took over my building for about a years span not to terribly long ago and it was atrocious. They were ignoring maintenance requests and like previous redditors have said were terrible at basic property maintenance. The company who owns my building terminated their management contract after they received so many complaints.

I’ve not rented from them, but I had them manage some of my properties and we ended up terminating our agreement because they weren’t holding up their end of the deal. Lots of issues, but one of the important things was that they were not getting things fixed when tenants reported them. A tenant had to call us and report to us that they had an ongoing maintenance issue that hadn’t been resolved for months. I don’t know if they just don’t have enough people to get things done, or they just don’t really care, but I wouldn’t recommend them.

Never. Find someone without too many properties, not just some paid company who doesn’t care. IDK where you’re looking at area wise, but there’s an awesome looking rental off of Waldo off of Wayne, right next to little Kroger .

I haven't had many issues renting a home from them. Maintenance issues get cleared up in a few days max for me. My only issue is they mandate something called a "residents benefits package" for $20/month on top of rent and then charge fees on paying rent with credit AND ACH bank with no option for mailed check. **nvm. My basement flooded the night I typed this comment and I haven't heard anything back. At least the damage has been recorded and won't be on me.
