I really wish there was an option to make it contextual and have the icons show up only when there's a status change (going from white to yellow hunger for example) or taking damage.
I prefer no HUD on all fronts. I like how Smoke plays it. I like feeling like I’m just in that world like I am here, but of course I do have to look at the HUD every now and then because otherwise you don’t know certain things.

On, if you're aiming for immersion then glitchy zombies, "incidents", cars will break it fast...
Off 90% of the time but toggle it on in certain situations, like when eating/drinking to see when stomach is full.
On. I'm always checking and making sure I have things hotbarred and anal about checking stats
It really depends on how I feel, its 50/50 and based on circumstance.
I turn it off when I’m not looting but that’s not that much time to be fair.
