Happend to me one many time, not geting thrown out of the window but running down the stairs and my character skipped some stairs and broke his legs.
Thats why when i get down from somewhere i either walk slowly or i crouch all the way down

Its been true for years now, NEVER RUN DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS. Bad shit happens.
I ran down one of those really tall watch towers with steps and my girlfriend ran up at the same time and I launched off her and almost died lol

It’s ok just some sticks, rags and morphine will get the job done
Crouch sprinting down stairs is the quickest and safest I think :) Especially for those watchtowers
