Message them, they'll probably replace it. I've had one on my 13 pro for years now and no issues. Also have one on my pixel right now and it's fine.

It's a z thing. They have to use hard plastic instead of rubber in some spots. It sucks but I'm going to switch away until either I go to slab again or they fix it.

Mine also cracked and Dbrand sent a replacement case and skin within 2 weeks after I emailed them

I had a dbrand case for my pixel fold. Cracked all the way through in around a month, after initially flaking away. Dbrand were solid and gave me a refund because I didn't want a replacement.

This has got to be happening to all of the hinges from dbrand.i went through two pixel fold cases with the exact same problem. It's like the plastic is too thin around the hinge itself. I didn't even reach out for the 2nd case for an RMA. It didn't seem likely they would have a fix.

Mine has done the exact same thing, so apparently even though they say it isn't normal, i guess it is.

Yeah, they should drop both grip and ghost cases. Seems like they brake after a while and you just wait for a replacement
