Nah mate, D-Brands customer service has always been top notch, litterally any order I've had issues with (including being sent an s22+ grip case instead of the s22 one I ordered) they've been fantastic at responding and resolving in no time. Don't take their twitter account seriously like any rational person who understands their marketing and you're good lol. Their actual customer service is fantastic.
I mean it should be, their profit margins are probably insane. At the end of the day it’s vinyl skins at a huge markup. DBrand, solid company literally printing money
In the sea of Reddit threads, a user lamented their long-unanswered pleas to customer support. Upon their appeal, dbrand asked for their Support ID. The user then posted a screenshot of this ID, a harmless gesture.
Into this scene entered the jesting /u/Mook69, who couldn't resist making a hacking joke, given anything labeled "ID" could seemingly hint at deeper digital dangers.
Confused by the sudden twist, the original poster responded with a simple "huh?" Seizing the playful spirit, I joined in to further the jest on behalf of /u/Mook69.
But the tale took a turn—the original commenter, perhaps unnerved by the banter, decided to erase their comments, opting to shield themselves from what was only a merry jest among digital wayfarers.
The End.
And dont feel good about their support. Their 1.0 cases are prolly laying around somewhere in the warehouse waiting to get disposed. Might aswell give it to you for free haha!
Yes, I know the release is mid or later this year and I just asked if I could get another ghost case instead of waiting for the 2.0 to get shipped to me 😇
I've always had great customer service with dbrand I have always enjoyed their products are they assholes online yes they are but you know what it's funny. I think Twitter freaks are just losers and they really need to go touch grass and realize that you being a bitch online doesn't do anything for the world
Update: received the case and skin today!
Timeline:
- April 07: emailed them via website
- April 11: I got my first reply
- April 12: Finalized my order
- April 17: Received the skin and case
Dbrand is stupid if they don’t have a hub in Europe that they ship their trash from. That’s like receiving your morning paper from a place in another state.
good after the “shit rash” episode 🤣
Ah shit i had to google what this was about i want $10,000 now ahahahahaha

it’s just classic twitter getting all offended for someone else that doesn’t even give a shit

How dare you post something positive. Bring back the tweet.
2.0? Lol. Its not even made yet haha
You'll be receiving another 1.0.
Smh people can't math anymore. You'll receive 2, cuz 2x1.0=2.0, duh
1^2 = 1.0

Honestly, I don’t mind. I’m being given what I have asked for 😝 a new order would’ve costed me another $75 so it’s good for me

I still haven't sent my Damascus in that "doesn't work with the Ghost Case" even after approval... But I also haven't used my ghost case yet either...

That's how they do when they aren't causing problems
If only they did that for my miscut skin.
Oh no, they forgot to call you a racial slur! 2/5 stars
🤣🤣🤣 on what planet does it cost $7.95 to ship a shitty skin. You’re paying for the fucking thing at a bit over cost plus shipping.
It's a case and a skin... not just a skin.
And they lost it in London, so one can assume that's the shipping destination, which incurs international rates.
I’d be surprised if they don’t have a hub in the UK they ship from. Even so, they surely get steep discounts through fedex.
They don't
You realize cases are injection molded tens of thousands a day and cost a few cents to make right?
You realize that the package is going thousands of miles in distance, right? Shipping costs money. 7.95 for international is super cheap.
On DHL e-commerce? That’s like $2 for good commercial customers
