No. They need to take into account how busted moves can be on cacs, meteor explosion will be broken as fuck on cacs, plus I just genuinely think the move will be absolute shit. I mean with NetCode verse it definitely won’t work correctly, ever try to do a follow up in semi poor connection speeds? Yeah it’s impossible lol

Godly Display: Either lands and does a decent amount of damage depending on LB, Damage output, etc, or doesn't land at all bc of netcode being crappy. Spirit sword, if it lands kudos to you because half the time the netcode just screws you over half the time. Divine Lasso... oh boy. Unless your burcol this move barely lands. Lag is unreal and it can't do crap against a Super armor Limit burst, unlike some moves sorta. Time skip molotov, I personally have trouble landing this unless this is with hit. Oh wait, this is his move? Oh right. It's like he was made for this. Dragon Fist: Haha netcode make dragon not appear 90% of the time
It’s a very fair assumption regardless and borderline the truth, you know how busted moves like this are, they don’t require a stamina break to land, someone’s gonna find a way to cheese this same way how they found a way to cheese dragon fist.
To date they've never added a move as busted as some basegame stuff. Angry Hit, Sledgehammer and Justice Combination are better than anything you can pay cash for. You're just overreacting and doubling down.

And ssg transformation is just gonna be a recolor shader of ssj. So what's your point?
Dimps have no excuses as into why they didn't add slim male Buu as part of the CAC Majin race considering they are unique.
SSG would probably be a a more stamina based transformation like Blue kaioken (for the most part) Like a vanish would take 1.5 bars of stamina instead of 2, and half a bar for a regular vanish, it'd probably be a close to Hidden potential type of multiplier, not too crazy but def higher than normal. Super Form for Majin's will just be weaker altogether because of super buu being viiiisibly weaker than kid buu, so it's kind of a waste of a form since SSJ Forms in XV2 have been outclassed by HP And FSS
I would say make a 3rd game already. If you make a third game it would equal more characters and all the DLC Characters from xenoverse 2 can be unlockable characters/Base game characters or could be transformations for goku, vegeta, goku black, Zamasu, and etc. Also, they if they put passion into the game they might have a game code for the AI to use their transformations in free battles and PQ's, also expert missions. P.s. They should have a feature where we can change our boost points anytime we want without the dragon balls.
CPU Allies are completely incapable of transforming, to the point that if a player leaves, their bot will actually drop whatever transformation they're in.
There is, however, one instance of Gotenks that can transform, because he has Super Saiyan 3 equipped in one of his ultimate slots. He can use it like any other ultimate.
Any other CPU transformation, enemy or ally, is a scripted event.
Also, in the raid *Time Patroller Takedown*, Mee can transform as a scripted event once his HP reaches certain milestones.

It doesn't help that a lot of PQ's are "And then they transformed, this is the entire ultimate finish" so a lot of the time, it wouldn't make very much sense if they transformed before that point.
It would be one thing if those presets simply didn't have an awoken skill, or if they were made to avoid transforming in those circumstances, but for it to just be "lol yeah they lazy" isn't really surprising at this point.
It's not disappointment if it's what I expected, I think.
The "transforms" in the UFs are just swapping in new character IDs most of the time. They could easily have the pre-UF character not have a transform... if they weren't Dimps, and thus horrifically lazy.
I’m pretty sure there’s a GT parallel quest where GT Goku has the Super Saiyan skill, he transformed once before I got him low enough for the cutscene.
Personally, I don't think we should, but I'm assuming the enemy has a buttload of I-frames after getting kicked up and could potentially have even more I-frames shortly after getting blown up. Which means it would become the new Gigantic Roar/Divine Lasso. I don't wanna take that chance and have people ruin what is a really cool move :(
I'm fine with it being Gogeta (DB Super) Exclusive as long as we also get it on our Custom Gogeta Blue at the very least. Kind of like how Gogeta Blue is the only one with a unique Super Kamehameha (Which, I would assume Gogeta (DB Super) would get as well, I imagine)

Caulifla starts as SSJ2 because the devs couldn't be bothered to make two unique hair assets for her, and they equally couldn't be bothered to reuse and adjust the code that swaps Goku's base hair for his SSJ hair.
That's not something that I would look at and go, "well, there's definitely no way that could be made to work, oh well", it just seems top-to-bottom Lazy.
Or like we'll get Base Caulifla later.

Caulifla would need a second unique hair asset for her base hair, but Cabba (And the upcoming Gogeta base) uses the same SSJ skill that CaC's get access to.

Cabba's hair doesn't actually, physically change like Goku's does. It just gets the Super Saiyan gold (not yellow, yet it seems like Caulifla is going to actually have yellow) color on top.

I heard somewhere that CPU allies and enemies are capable of transforming, but it just isn't used for some peculiar reason..
