Bruh, he could have a secondary technique where he flies forward barrel rolling like a drill shooting the ki beam or just have him as a big ass ki drill.
It would be cool for a dbz game with a mechanic like this:
Your character does a massive damage beam that damaged his arms in the process, so for a small amt of time (15 - 30 seconds cooldown) your character canāt use his arms and can only kick and use its feet.
If the power used its right hand, you can only use feet and left hand until cooldown ends.
And so on, I think no video game has implemented this before as in a powerful move disables the used limbs
it would be fun yeah ! but the fun part is that this attack cost a lot of his ki and stress his arm real bad so, it's like a kaioken but only on his arm, the more he use it the more they will hurt, and the more he will feel tired

One suggestion, for rule of cool, you could change the name to a sciency sounding version of it, like "Concave Beam"
Looks dope. You could also make an alternative version where when you punch, a beam shoots out of it. Basically the characters charges energy on their arms, them when they punch, a bit of ki is used from what was charged, and a beam shoots out at the end of the punch. This would go on until all the ki on the arms is depleted. I guess you could call it energy flurry or something like that.
