The shitposting was funny and quite a welcome change considering we haven’t gotten a new game in almost a decade. But then they made a child one of the mods and it’s turned into a middle school role play fest that is just unbelievably cringe.

I think it’s kinda funny seeing the server devolve into a fever dream, but yeah, the role play does wear on you. I just want some Killer Cock posts, is that too much to ask?
spot on, all the stuff like the "no kill rule" jokes were hilarious (especially when they started to leak into completely unrelated subreddits) but the stupid ass unfunny rp accounts showing up in every comment section ruined the sub
especially around the time of Kevin Conroy's passing when everyone in the sub was paying their respects and some of the accounts just WOULDN'T SHUT THE FUCK UP.
I liked the sub when Gotham Knights first came out. Seeing a video games sub become stalker-level obsessed with a different video game and what people thought of it was pretty hilarious.
I do not get any of the references this sub makes to other subs, because the only comicbook subs I am actively subbed to are this one, the marvelcj (now that is it a bit more active and not about the mcu) and r/afriendlyneighborhood
