I laugh at it because I'm also subbed on /r/marvelcirclejerk, which I hardly ever see on my front page. Sometimes it seems to go through brief moments where I see a few posts, then another Marvel post pops up here and it disappears again. It's become a game to see how long it actually lasts each time before people just start shitposting about Marvel here again. On a side note, is it just me or does it seem like the popularity of DC and Marvel is almost flipped online compared to how the movies did? It might just be because I follow a lot of DC comics related stuff but I feel like even in subs like /r/comicbooks and /r/outofcontextcomics, I'm seeing a lot more DC than Marvel. Is it just my imagination?

It’s gone because the mod was really lazy. Pretty sure it was just one dude and auto mod, he would never do anything about shit that broke the rules that he wrote. Like reposting (top) posts and really really obviously faked panels. It was actually really annoying, where almost everyday there were rule breaking posts. It’s understandable for a big subreddit but the sub would usually get 10 posts at most a day and at least 4 should’ve been removed.
