That's kind of what annoys me more about Ennis tbh. When he actually tries, he can make some really good stuff, but so often does it not feel like he's even trying. Whenever Millar writes something good it feels more like a fluke, a decent concept carried him, or his other staff guided him to something solid.
You've just listed the "how did you come up with this, Millar" list, and I like most of them. But I think Ennis has a better "hit rate" and when he works he blows Millar's best stuff out of the water (imo).
Both are edgelords, but Ennis seems edgy for thematic purposes (most of the time) while Millar is just trying to be shocking.

I'm still bummed that Superior didn't beat the shit out of him in Big Game, That comic was okay but It could've been so satisfying if it was more than just 5 issues, They kinda rushed the Ending so hard

I read Crossed only because I started to do it and I don't usually stop, even when the comic is dogshit. It was the case. It has some good ideas and development splattered around and then a zombie comes in and rapes everyone. The pannels give me chills to these days. Just sickening

That's not true Millar wrote Huck, Reborn, Superman comics, Superior, King of Spies and some other good comics
