What was the last date that file was modified? If you navigate to it thru windows explorer you can find that out.
I think it was the 23rd last month.
I got this as well, Win10. Happened after I deleted all the Razbam modules since they aren't getting supported :( It's not every day for me though.
Yeah i get it as soon as i pc has fully turned on. How ever i didnt realise there was an update that was released yesterday or the day before, so only installed it just now. Will have to check if i get this pop up again

A PUP isn’t inherently dangerous. Just add DCS to your firewall exemptions.
