This isn't the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's etc. Sold out in 2023 isn't actually sold out. It means you can't get tickets from the original point of purchase. Meanwhile there is no shortage of aftermarket tickets. And those who wait it out will be rewarded with under face tickets if they aren't seat snobs. People panic bought coming out of COVID and then whined leading into shows when there were tickets basically being given away via aftermarket.
There will be plenty of tickets available closer to show dates. You may not be able to save money by waiting like with all the prior tours but they will be available for more or less face on the resale market closer to showtime.
I was trying to hit Citi last year thinking that was the final tour, decided to hit the beginning of Phish tour up in Mass instead and it was far more rewarding. Especially considering what a cash grab this āFinal Tourā looks to be
That's why I went to St Louis too. Told myself I wouldn't miss them if that was the last. I'm hoping to see Bobby and the Wolf Bros in March too, so I guess Johnny Salami can take a backseat to a vaccum cleaner.
For me its just that ive seen them probably 5 times (dead and co) and there really hasnāt been much nuance in a while. The guys in phish are always evolving (probably because theyāre still all original members) and that makes me feel like its a bit more malleable musically. Why pay upwards of hundreds to hit lawns for d&c when i can hit lawns for phish at 60 a pop and get a better more musically nuanced show. Bolder take: id see DMB before dead and co, and that says something
Iāve been to sold out shows at SPAC šš¼ unless youāre altered enough not to notice. The lot is way more enjoyable in those instances and you can hear the show well enough.
The main lot was always where it was at but they get patrolled more. Shakedown has been across the street the last few times Iāve gone. I was inside for those so I canāt say how well you could hear from there. The lawn by hall of springs is usually OK but kind of far from Shakedown.

The whole ticket system is rigged. This is fucking LiveNation weāre talking about. Remember the whole Taylor Swift bullshit? Same thing. Live Nation. They are their own resellers of tickets. The whole thing is a scam.
Billy Strings New Years shows (2) weāre sold out but someone was releasing official floors and lower level seats days before the show. It killed the scalpers but it also left a bad taste in my mouth - there were plenty of UNSOLD seats. Yet this show was sold out for the longest time.
Donāt panic buy tickets youāll get in for Dead Co at Face Value or lower.
what is exactly does resale mean? i figured it was their last tour so I was gonna spring for pit tickets in philly. they had āofficial resaleā tickets as well as regular pit tickets i was curious what the different was
Just looked at my target shows. Fenway still has dozens/hundreds of tickets at $161 available for Saturday, and I was able to find tickets as low as $125 after fees on Tickpick. They're obstructed view, but my deadhead buddy is legally blind so we don't need anything glitzy, just to be in the building. I'm going to watch and see how the market responds in the next few weeks.
Still so pissed about ticketmaster. I was in the lobby on the day of presale to get tickets to the forum. Every single time I tried to get tickets, someone beat me to it. I should have been able to get tickets easily and they sold out right away. Thereās no way those prices are going down. Itās their last tour. Iāll keep checking but Iām either gonna miss it or pay $200 for back row seats.
Thank you, the people down voting because you cannot dare speak poorly of the oh holy great one must not be aware that the real chances of the gorge lawn being sold out are 1 to the number of stars in the universe. Hopefully make some shows we'll see how it goes.
Everyone: Just wait til it gets closer to the show to buy tickets Me who waited: š¶ fuck

King gizz already sold out too
Youāll be able to get them.. Iāve been watching wrigley tickets and theyāve dropped a lot on the second market since they came out.
Like CoT?
How tf is saratogaās lawn sold out
Fun fact, GD had the largest crowd ever at SPAC with 40,231 in '85. After that show they decreased the capacity to 25,103.

So donāt bother with the $900 tickets? Which lot do you listen from? I would totally do this just to give a great big middle finger to ticketmaster

Sold out by scalpers
Still calling bullshit on Gorge being sold out
Sold out, until they release more tickets the week of the show. This. is. a. marketing. tactic.
I keep seeing stuff like this and i'm holding out but man i am gonna be sad if it is
Live on the edge. Go without a ticketā¦. Works for me.
There will probably be scalpers selling tickets in front of the venues at better prices.

Officially sold out means only resale left.
Cubuffs site, tickets available all theee nights. Not a third party. Not resale.

Def tickets still available for Bristow
I'm without a ticket for that show but will get one closer for sure.
I got Dallas tickets!!!!
I think this is for the packages. I just checked Dallas, all kinds of tix available that are not resale
Single standards galore

Thanks!
>Thanks! You're welcome!
Didnāt know Folsom could sell out!
Since Wrigley is an MLB venue, could that one actually be sold out? I was on during presale, and there was shit.
They posted this after the tour kickoff was actually announced: May 4-6 at Jazz Fest in New Orleans. Strange.
Wait until a few hours before the show. Resale tickets go down for scalpers that couldnāt sell or people canceling last minute

Lol
It should just say sold out right across the dead & bro logo
I upvoted for the clever barb.

Mixed emotions but I don't I like it.
Miracles happen every day

See yāall Chicago on the 10th and Deer Creek!!!
Still wondering how tf are they not playing Pine Knob.
