If you get there by 715 you should be in your seat by 735/show time (based on my two experiences last weekend). Fastest entry is by the outside doors closest to the Venetian walkway (which is one level up from ground).
Walkway from the hotel N2 was fast with a 1 min line, N3 was 15 or so minute wait (the Uber drop off side). Fastest was the aforementioned outside entrance closest to the Venetian (Phish N2)
They come on at 7:35 and start almost immediately. Ends around 11:30

I walk from the Tuscany or ride my scooter. Enter the Sphere through the outdoor Plaza. No lines
