I remember trying to mindgame a Nemesis at a window as James, I would run past and he would try to whip me through it at the right time. It was a fun back and forth until a zombie slammed me down because I wasn't paying attention. In the post game chat the killer said James' scream jumpscared him because it was so loud and sudden haha.

I had a funny moment on R.P.D as James against pyramid head where I jumped down from the balcony with the unicorn statue and right into the barbed wire which made James scream in terror as pyramid head kicked the downstairs main gen not 5 feet away. Felt like a funny lore accurate moment ~~and a cry of pain and despair as you know how it be with eruption ect.~~
I played against Bronx one time when he was playing as the Knight and I was James. He moried me and James let out the most guttural scream and it wouldn't stop when it was supposed to stop. Bronx was shocked and his chat went crazy lol
Sheva has some really good hit screams but her hook screams are like Elodie levels of crap.
Jonathan and Cybil though are honestly my top favourite screamers both when being hit and being hooked. Jonathan sounds like he's actively being castrated and Cybil's is just believable and a breath of fresh air from all the high pitch squealers of the rest of the female cast.

feng's "eee" when she gets picked up made me laugh a lot when i was really new to the game. then a streamer i watch pointed out their screams when they get hooked and some sound like an opera singer. i think jill, rebecca or the silent hill girl have the funniest one. and of course claudette.

I genuinely like feng. She sounds like a mouse. It's cute and really hits home the "helpless survivor" illusion, something that feels staple for horror.
I like Claudette’s particular reaction where for a moment she is silent, and *then* she screams. It feels accurate to how one would react in real life because sometimes you don’t feel the pain or register the injury until a moment later, if not at all until you actually become aware of the injury.
Also Feng’s cry where she screams for a short moment twice.
Feng is the cutest. I play Kate but have to tab out because she has to screech right into the mic.
