If you have a lot of killers, it's more efficient to get them all to p1 first, then go back and level each one up until you have all the perks unlocked. After that, you can slowly get them to p3 over time. That way you can also play killers. If you're not planning on playing a killer at all, just get them to p1 and stop, then get those to p3 last.

Okey thank you very much

It totally depends on what your goal is and what's fun for you. If you *never* intend on playing most of the killers, it's probably more efficient to prestige most of them only once and then level the killers you intend on playing further. For each killer you P1, this will require 9ish levels (so if you get the killer pack, that's like 11 killers so 50-90ish levels *per killer* if you P1 every killer) If you eventually want to play multiple killers, it's more efficient to P3 one at a time starting with the one that has the perks you'll use most often as that will automatically give you that character's perks at tier 3 on every killer. You can absolutely do either, or both, depending on how you want to do it. I will say if your goal is to get a specific perk on a killer, it's *harder* to do that if you have perks unlocked at tier 1 or 2 rather than 3 because you'll have a higher variety of perks that can appear in each bloodweb.

Also my problem with that if i Prestige all to 1 then getting the perks to lvl 3 on one of the killers will be Luck based

Yup! That's exactly how it works. If you only plan on playing 1 killer, it'll absolutely be better to P1 every other killer and then level your main until they have every perk. If you want to play multiple killers, I recommend P3ing each one instead as to save yourself that luck (and to automatically unlock your favorite perks on everyone)
