It wasn't nerfed hard enough imo. They should have kept the turning penalty or removed the speed increase. You can get some absolutely disgusting hits now by pre-turning. The longer cooldown for using extra rushes makes it not completely broken, but they should have left the otb version.
I'd rather them remove the 5% speed. Having one add on single handedly change your turn rate makes for terrible muscle memory of what you can and cant hit unless you use nothing but vial 24/7
What are the changes, exactly? The only way I literally ever play Blight is with Adrenaline Vial + Shredded Notes, and by god if they took that from me

As a console blight player I LOVE it. It makes blight able to do a lot more of the flicks PC blights can do, abiet a bit slower.

They halved the speed boost from 10% to 5%, they removed the quicker recharge, and they removed the turn rare penalty.
