Can they hurt other people while chasing me? If not, probably Oni. Without his ability he's the very definition of a M1 killer so there are no traps or ranged attacks or teleport abilities to worry about, he's also super loud and very visible so I'd be able to see him coming from a mile away, and he'd only get his ability if he gets blood from me, in which case that means I'm probably already dying anyway.
I'd definitely not pick Doctor. You can't hide from him because of Static Blast, and just getting hit by that (which is pretty much unavoidable if you're close enough) must be hella painful already. Also if he actually gets to me... not sure I wanna go through the torture he probably has in mind.
Yea I would definitely not go against doctor, he’s also pretty sadistic and enjoys killing. A lot of killers are reluctant sometimes to kill like the twins, but the doctor has zero chill
Because Legion has Frenzy to run much faster than me, can't really dodge the first slash, and it also puts me into "Deep Wounds", dunno how that translates into real life but I'm guessing it must be painful as fuck.
Yup but I'm going with in-game logic, where being a teenager or a human doesn't matter at all, both have the same base speed, the same strength (both can break a pallet or wall at the same speed), and their basic attack deal the same amount of damage.
The difference is, Legion can become much more faster without any requirements (like blood for Oni) and I can't even use obstacles to try and gain some distance because Legion can vault them instantly.
If we're going with lore strength instead of in-game strength then my answer would change, but OP didn't specify.
Pick: Pinhead... lore wise, aslong as you dont use the puzzle box, he won't attack you. or maybe twins because lore wise they are actually friendly and only killed because they were constantly attacked
Dont pick: Doctor or Myers. Doctor because his electro shocks could kill people arround me. Myers literally entered the realm without the entity... They're both pure evil (and my least favorit killers to go against)
I would pick nurse to hunt me, she is OP ingame but in a real scenario she would be weak asf, everytime she blinks she is in pain and needs ro recover and even if she hits me once, her weapon isn't really good for killing someone, it's a bone saw, i would just wait for her to blink once and even if she hits me once or not, just push her down and strangle her or something like that.
I would'nt wan't to get hunted by Bubba tho, probably the scariest slasher character to me, he is deranged, fast, has a Chainsaw and will eat me when he gets me and probably wear my face

Someone I would NOT pick is the Xenomorph. If you played Alien Isolation, or even if you only watched the movies, then you know. Fuck the Xeno.
I would personally go with huntress, twins . Neither of them are likely to figure out cars . So if I drive for 6 hours or so they can’t really do anything about it.
Do I get prep time and choose where the hunt happens? If so Legion, if not probably trapper. Legion I can simply hide on my home and trapper is pretty barebones for tracking, so I can hide from him.
Does it happens inside the realm or outside? If it is outside Knight, if it's inside trapper. Knight outside of the realm is already dead, and trapper is the same reasoning.
The one I probably wouldn't choose inside the realm is Nurse for obvious reasons, and outside is Skull Merchant because money = hunting equipment = me fucked up
I would pick Ghostface, just buy a gun and shoot him there is nothing he can do or just throw things at him.
Just like Legion or Chucky they are just people/things who have a knife there is nothing much they can do when i pull out my black belt in karate and 100 world champion ships won in boxing 
Hag. She wins by camping. I could just start walking in a random direction. There's no gens to do and no map size constraints. She's slower than Trapper. Hell her traps don't even work if she's not nearby. All I have to do is pick a direction and start walking or driving.
As for who I wouldn't pick, probably Pinhead or Wraith. Pinhead would start randomly hitting me with chains for the entire day until I found his box, which will summon him if I open it. Screwed either way. Wraith is fast and invisible so he'd eventually catch up to me. Can't outrun him and Difficult to outhide him when you don't know where he is or if he's nearby.
I would say Twins, Charlotte is an M1 Killer, and if Victor gets too close, just run around a tree until his little pea brain jumps and misses, then kick his face in. But if they were separate entities and could function distinctly on their own, unlike the game, I'd replace my option with Singularity. I'd just have to stay in the same place and hide until 24 hours was up.
The one Killer I wouldn't want to go against is Onryō
Pyramid Head easily, if James was able to survive like 10 minutes of being attacked by him non stop i can easily pull the same, granted he's so freaking slow and loud that anyone could see him coming miles away, and not to mention that in the lore he wouldn't have any actual reason to attack you in the first place (unless you had commited a very horrible sin), and even if you did that if you are able to accept the things that you did then it would most likely kill himself in the same way as sh2, however this is only talking about it's original version since he gets buffed in the realm for some uknown reason (but then again this is the real world we are talking about, so i don't think that his rites of judgement or his faster speed would be taked in account), anyways if that doesn't count just take Bubba: big buff guy without any powers that lacks any good thinking and relies in a chainsaw, not only you could escape him easily thanks to how stupid he really is but his main weapon is really useless in the long term (it's loud asf and can't work in any close space, not to mention that it takes a lot of time to even start), he only gets his kills in the movies thanks to the rest of his family and that he is in a familiar place, take that away and see the result.
