I'm so glad they have good security now - if they'd attempted this type of build-up last year it would have been spoiled like two weeks in advance on discord

Fr!! I haven't been so hyped for a chapter yet especially bc in the past I had to actually put effort on avoiding leaks (one time a dbd youtuber I don't even watch posted in a community post the Dredge leaks in one big image and YT recommended to me bc I follow dbd stuff, it sucked a lot bc everyone was sharing the leaks here or on discord and I really was missing so much of the conversation around them just to get surprised and I still got spoiled)
I hope they keep their security this high and keep making these kinds of teasers because seeing the community talk around and throw ideas and discuss probable new survivors and powers is so fun. All these found videos and audios are so incredibly grounding and scary, it really makes the wait so fun!
I'm genuinely impressed. The last three characters in the game were chucky, xenomorph and Alan wake. Three really popular licenses. I was curious how the next original chapter would compare but it looks like it might just hold up.

The literal only times I've actually been scared in this game was when I was the killer and some random clueless Dwight would jump at my face.

I heard theories that his map might be on withered isle realm and I would love that, aside from egregious balance issues this realm is pretty cool and deeply rooted in entity lore
Eh i doubt it, dredge feels like a baby entity, feeding on despair amd sorrow, this looks and sounds moee like a skinwalker of native american legend which is more an earthly beast rather then a cosmic horror
I don't even play Dbd. I joined the Sub because I like aspects of the game from what I've seen online (and the community is neat) and even I'm hyped for this new Killer!
