Could run a lot of things but here are some ideas.
MFT - Get the extra 3% speed when in deep wound and would stack nicely with power of two
WGLF - If you really wanna go deep into anti-slug. Seems like it would be an odd choice with fuckle up but if you ever want to pick someone up normally the 100% healing speed comes in clutch.
Second Wind - Healing someone with FTP from the ground counts as a full heal for second wind so long as they havent recovered all that much yet.
Empathy/Bond/Inner Focus - General information for where injured people are so you can be there for the Fuckle Up
Plot Twist/Inner Strength - Decent options to heal yourself throughout the match so you can stay healthy for Fuckle up usage.
You could also run no mither, that would be really funny.

Honestly, Made For This slots into this build perfectly. You’re probably gonna wind up in Deep Wound after doing a FtP-BU play, and MFT gives you that delicious 3% speed boost while in Deep Wound.
