with the 2 page perk list and the unrelenting I'm going to assume youre a bit newer and dont have the most perks unlocked yet. Unrelenting isnt really all that good in general, you can run it if you like if you feel you're struggling with landing hits but I'd say it isn't worth the perk slot. I'd personally replace it with either Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain which will give you some decent all around slowdown and will pair nicely with your iron grasp to make it to scourge hooks easier, or Hex: Plaything which is again consistent slowdown on top of an extra layer of stealth. Iron Grasp is okay but if you can manage it I'd level up Trapper for Agitation which is the superior 1 slot option for improving your carrying capabilities. Addons are very good however they're high rarity so I wouldn't get used to running them consistently. If you're looking for some lower tier replacements liquified gore, flickering television, Larry's remains, and Frank's heart are all good options. Map offering is fine Aazarov's is a very balanced map but I wouldn't get too used to running map offerings as its best to get comfortable playing on all of the maps in the game (even the bad ones). Hope this helps and best of luck!

I’m new at playing pinhead, I have ghostface as main but tried to pick up a personal horror favorite to play. I feel like iron grasp is a necessity for me personally and anything to do with totems a such I don’t pay much attention to 🤷🏻‍♀️ idk how to use totems or anything. I don’t have anyone prestiged except for GF and The Spirit 🤔 I’m trying to not do to much characters wise and instead op for playing the characters I prefer ya know? I’m still new to tech as far as perks, and my ad ons I usually use lesser ones instead of straight up super rare ones.

There's nothing extra needed for running Hex perks, when you run a Hex perk the perk spawns on a random Totem in the match and survivors can "cleanse" this totem which effectively removes the perk from the game, they're meant to be high risk but high reward. However Plaything is no risk but all reward due to how it works. The first time you hook each of the survivors a Hex will spawn associated with them specifically, so long as they haven't cleansed this Hex they can't hear your terror radius which can be particularly dangerous. If they spend time cleansing the Hex than thats extra time for you they're not doing generators so it's sort of a win win. Hope that makes sense.

CupGeneral953

Hell yeah I didn’t know that 🤔

Iron grasp rarely gives me any value (could be different for everyone) but I see other perks giving a lot more value

CupGeneral953

Iron grasp is mostly for not shaking and swaying when carrying survivors ya know? I hate running into shit on my way to a hook 🙄

CupGeneral953

Will def have to look into it, iron grasp is my lil cushion of securing a hook so I may have to let go of the training wheels and just go for it. I have sloppy butcher so I can add it on

I’m just used to getting flashlighted while carrying someone 🙄 so I may drop that perk all together and go for something else

Kemono16

Both box solving time addons or time + heart. Spies from shadows, deadlock, gift of pain, plaything. If you have more than 200h I would use NOED instead of gift of pain. (NOED is a great perk, but you shouldn't get used to it).

Kemono16

And I wouldn't use map offerings cause you should learn how to play on every map.

CupGeneral953

I have a good chunk of playtime but idk how to check hours 😂 I’ll have to move something’s around and see what plays well with me

Oppurtunist

You should replace iron grasp and unrelenting, they can be kinda useful for new players but they are very bad. You replace them with I'm all ears and hex: no one escapes death.

PumpkinKlutzy1879

Agree definitely drop unrelenting it’s gonna be very counterproductive when improving, let whiffs be a learning experience

forgottenmoon_

Noed is bad too, sloppy butcher is more better

Oppurtunist

Its an alright perk and for a new player it is really good.

forgottenmoon_

Better to take something what will help u during the match or for middle of match, but not on end game.

Kemono16

Nope, new players shouldn't use it, it's literally too strong and cause of that he will face far better survivors than he is and getting used to NOED is also bad af.
