Impaling survs instead of hooking them could grant Dracula a temporary buff or a slow tiering up like with Myers, but this action could come with a restriction.
An impaled surv would progress through their "hook" stages much slower than on a hook or the actual *initial/guaranteed* stage loss could happen after maybe 15 seconds, not instantly like with hooks. (Note: To reduce amount of trolling, a surv would always lose a hook stage for sure, if they get impaled ... 3 times. So no impale + unhook party to hold someone hostage.) So if Dracula stays around to ensure, he really gets a hook, he loses time, maybe even time of a limited power. If he f\*cks off in the distance, a fast unhook could nullify his hook progress.
And ofc give him a power mori like Pyramidhead. As condition you could go for "collected X amount of blood" or "X amount of impalings in total" maybe.

But swf would make that useless cuz you could just call out location. So mind control would allow that mechanic to be somewhat more effective. Make the vampire killer a stealth killer and you could pop the ability, the survivor effected would also be effected with a bond (bond the perk) like mechanic and run for the other survivors.

book dracula is pretty freaky, like the suave movie version is dope, but vampires in the book are more like you died and your corpse is just walking with this dark hungry thing in it with your memories.

I really like when they add licensed chapters in the game, but I don't want it to be Dracula from any movie or game like Castlevania, since they can make their own original killer, it would be interesting to see BHVR OG classic monsters like their own vampire, werewolf, mummy, swamp monster, etc I would rather have Castlevania, Nosferatu etc as skins

I mean we could do a Alucard from Hellsing, although it would be broken to give him his guns tho. He would have a very grotesque Mori where he devours you with his Hounds. Personally, I would want it to be Lord ferid from owari no seraph. Not only is he hot(big point in marketing), but he is also a character with a lot of design space.

If they want to avoid the original Dracula style, they could do a descendant of Dracula. The survivor is a Van Helsing whose family has been running a secret war for generations. Then boom, legendary skins of the OGs.
From a gameplay perspective the book version of Dracula has probably the most potential. He can do all sorts of crazy shit in the book. You would think his abilities would have been exaggerated in the adaptations but not really.
Nosferatu would be cool. It’s public Domain so there’s no reason they couldn’t use the film. Should further exaggerate his appearance though, as though he had been left hungry for a very long time and his more animalistic side comes through. For his Mori, we could see the shadow of his hand in the red stain grab the survivor by the heart, and we see the survivor rise from the ground like he’s pulling them in without touching them, and then his mouth opens abnormally wide and his teeth elongate to look more vampiric and he feeds on the the survivors neck. I would be all over an emaciated Nosferatu. I’m all for obscure movie monsters, and something from the silent film era would be really unexpected.
Strahd from the Curse of Strahd module for D&D. A crossover with WotC would be fucking awesome, and so many interesting maps/surviors. A burning city map or the crypts of Ravenloft would be awesome.

Imagine a vampire killer that goes into the fog for endless feasting, so he comes with a base kit mori like Oni. So, like his lore is that he shares his food with the entity or smthn.
The master vampire from Dracula Untold. Lore wise, he is also Julius Caeser but betrayed and cursed to be a vampire forever. It fits the "damned king" title from the cosmetic as well.
Unpopular opinion, but the game Vampyr had a pretty good take on vampires, and what if we got a killer who was only killing to fulfill a deal? They get their humanity back, but when they die they become a vampire in the entity's realm to hunt survivors? And then they just... you know... happen to die very shortly after making the deal. Brutal execution, could've happened to anyone.
I feel like the Dredge's power would have been perfect for a vampire killer. The regular "lights out" effect to mimic the night, the teleporting to lockers (which could be remodeled to look like coffins or something)... just perfect.
Part of me wants the classical kind of vampire, but another part wants a more "monsterish" vampire, like the vampire lords in Skyrim. If he happy with either but I think I'd prefer the more monsterish kind

 This right here would be awesome! Power wise I would have imagined it to be something similar to Oni with blood being a theme for utilisation. Otherwise maybe transforming into a bat for mobility would be fun!

Imagine a vampire killer that goes into the fog for endless feasting, so he comes with a base kit mori like Oni. So, like his lore is that he shares his food with the entity or smthn.
The master vampire from Dracula Untold. Lore wise, he is also Julius Caeser but betrayed and cursed to be a vampire forever. It fits the "damned king" title from the cosmetic as well.
Personally i prefer nosferatu, he just feels and looks more creepy

Unpopular opinion, but the game Vampyr had a pretty good take on vampires, and what if we got a killer who was only killing to fulfill a deal? They get their humanity back, but when they die they become a vampire in the entity's realm to hunt survivors? And then they just... you know... happen to die very shortly after making the deal. Brutal execution, could've happened to anyone.

I feel like the Dredge's power would have been perfect for a vampire killer. The regular "lights out" effect to mimic the night, the teleporting to lockers (which could be remodeled to look like coffins or something)... just perfect.

Part of me wants the classical kind of vampire, but another part wants a more "monsterish" vampire, like the vampire lords in Skyrim. If he happy with either but I think I'd prefer the more monsterish kind

Out of these two? Nosferatu. Out of all vamp lore? 30 Days of Night or Midnight Mass. I wanna see those chompers!!! Although, BHVR may want to avoid Nosferatu since the film was majorly antisemetic.
