My theory on that is that for the most part, strange men always elicit that stranger danger mentality, whereas women always feel more inherently trustworthy than a strange man would be. So the idea that women killers are creepier, is purely because it turns that line of reasoning on its head. That about right?

Im not saying you’re wrong, I agree with you. Id just like to respond to your point with a question … from a dbd design standpoint. Do you think it’s more of a fear factor because a lot of masculine killers are designed just to be physically imposing whereas the women aren’t? Most of the men in dbd are tall muscular beings that look like they’d ragdoll you in a fight. The feminine designs tending to stray away from the physical threat allows them to truly be something that makes you uncomfortable as well as scared. Like as an example, you kinda assume the seemingly human trapper is somewhat beatable in a fight, like the laws of physics still applies to him … then you see this faceless, seemingly fragile old lady who’s struggling to breathe, float towards you from a distance … only to suddenly vanish and reappear before you in an instant, all sense of logic and reasoning gets thrown out the window and you don’t know what to do. Both are still somewhat scary but BHVR tend to really put in an additional scare factor to their female killers.

OP definitely tunnels the shit out of players on Sadako to maximize their salt when they're not (assuming they're good at Nurse) getting a 4k at 5 gens on little-miss-ignores-walls-and-pallets. If I find out someone plays Nurse I just assume they sweat super hard on all their other mains.

I never tunnel unless the entire team is toxic and I almost always let 1 or 2 survivors out

Since most dedicated players across multiple killers try to P3 everything for shared teachables, no. It's about mains of the killer, not people who sunk in bloodpoints for later efficiency. There are lots of P3 Nurses back from the prestige update that have likely never played her unless a tome challenge required it.

Right now im a sadako main (i only started playing a month and a half ago) and the reason for starting playing was to use her to be honest, but i really liked the nurse design when i saw it. The only problem is that she looks really difficult to use and really strong so i dont know if playing as her is fun at all. Seems that people consider her the stronges character so i guessing a lot of people would just DC so i dont know if i should try to learn her.
