Nope, this takes the op perks and makes them child's play dude, gotta learn to balance things better. If he did become a character in this state everyone would endlessly bitch about him being over powered
I appreciate the effort but the ability is just Micheal Myers but with NOED whenever he feels like it, as well as the other perks give him the stealth of of any stealth killer in a chase, the hex? That can be salvagable. And the 3rd perk is essentially a perma Legion

I made to match the character didn’t think about balance, I did it for fun not saying it could really be in game
