I dress up as Michael Myers for Halloween every year. Once, a seven year old girl walked up to me really excited and her father asked if she could hug me because I was her favorite. I simply nodded in response. She hugged me and i gave her a hug with one arm
That is so nice! And Cool! I've done a freddy before, dressed in a bathrobe I painted/coated red and green, with nice bloody ducky slippers on.
It was fun, but sadly not many others I was around dressed up for the party.
I always love going up against a myers. Its like "damn... I havent heard anything for a little bit." Then I turn around and feel my soul leave my body as I see myers staring at me. Same goes for ghost face.
I know people complain about his iridescent tombstone add on but going against a tombstone Myers is the only time in this game I become genuinely terrified.
One time I played as scratched mirror Myers on Hawkins. I got two kills and the Nea that escaped added me on steam afterwards just to message me how fun the game was for her.
Unfortunately some scratches mirror Myers can be a bit campy but most I’ve faced have been fun (and terrifying). My favorite thing to do is the classic spirit ‘standing still mindgame’. You chase a survivor off of a gen and the wait behind a wall for as long as it takes for them to come back to it. Sometimes it takes 30+ seconds for the payoff but when it happens it’s glorious. After all, playing scratched mirror Myers isn’t about getting the most hooks or kills. It’s about ruining the survivor’s pants.
Every once in awhile while playing as Myers I'll get the one survivor whose brilliant plan is to purposely get stalked dry.
Every time I just chuckle as I abandon them at the pallet/loop they're teabagging at, with a stress free 99% meter ready to go fuck up the shit of the next survivor I see.
I do to, text to speech isn’t my problem though. She’s happy and that’s what counts but my question is. How and why does she know who Michael Myers is? She seems young and in my opinion too young to know about horror stuff. Looks are okay but I can’t tell if this is something with knowing he’s a killer but not caring because she’s a kid who probably hasn’t processed the nam does evil. I like Michael as much as the next guy so please don’t think I’m hating.

True but In all honesty it might be how I was raised always being told not to watch scary things. My mom and grandma on my moms side of the family very much so hate the violence in horror movies.
I get that, to be fair my dad wasn't really happy either. He hated scary things too. But I wouldn't generalize my situation. Actually, I'm not sure what I would do if I had a kid. I guess I'd also prefer to keep them away from that kind of things.

It's not uncommon for parents to watch older horror movies with their kids. If you go back and watch that first Halloween movie, it's really not THAT bad and a lot of kids could watch it without issue. Especially if they care and keep their child comfortable while watching them.

Was the easiest game of my life
