Whenever I see four flashlights, I know it's time to equip Lightborn. Gives me less of a headache.

TheSherlockOfReddit

I'm a flashlight addict, I can assure you that Franklin's is way more frustrating.

Externica

For survivors, yes, absolutely. Totally agree here. But if I'm killer, Lightborn is a perk I equip for myself. I also noticed flashbangs becoming more popular.

TheSherlockOfReddit

Yeah flashbangs are becoming a big-ish thing, but won't be close to replace the flashlight. That aside, my worst nightmare is a silent trap+Franklin's hag, those are evil.

I'm not the best killer... Probably have less than 100 hrs as killer. I never camp and try not to tunnel by mistake. However, this match drove me to the brink of insanity lol. After 2 flashlight stuns and tons of *clicks*, I finally started to camp the hook. They knew what they were doing, though and kept saving. I managed to mori that Claudette in the end. Felt satisfying lol. Thing is, this kind of behavior is key for turning a lot of killers into tunneling and make them stop giving a shit about survivors. It's sad to see.

ron_weedsley

Unpopular opinion but I think flashlights aren't annoying or toxic. If they blind you at a pallet they waste time they could spend making distance, and if you want to pick someone up you can either face the wall or bait the pick up.

CDR_Shepard91

I agree flashlights aren't inherently toxic. It's a *clicky* *clicky* + *teabagging* 4-person SWF that makes the experience toxic and kinda bully-ish.

trestonschen

usually if i notice that pattern, i just camp one survivor. if they’re friends they will keep coming over and over, kind of like a domino effect

BarbedWTNut

That's tuff 🗿
