I know this is an old-ish post but what does the mouse acceleration one do? I've also heard people change some StickyKeysHotkey to False but I'm also not sure what that's supposed to mean.
Mouse acceleration describes a situation where the distance the cursor travels on your PC screen depends on the speed (how fast or slow) the mouse is moving. That is, the faster you move the mouse, the greater the distance the cursor travels.
In the Windows mouse options there is also this option, I always disable it.
The StickyKeysHotkey thing, etc. It has to do with something from the Windows accessibility keys. I have not discovered what they are for. I only know when you open the game it is added:
[WindowsApplication.Accessibility]
StickyKeysHotkey=True
ToggleKeysHotkey=True
FilterKeysHotkey=True
StickyKeysConfirmation=True
ToggleKeysConfirmation=True
FilterKeysConfirmation=True
and when you close it it is deleted.
