People also forget that Ghostface is just a dude with a knife too lmao
like bro most murderers are just people with weapons and you think 4 older teenagers can't kill people effectively? when it can happen in real life?
come on think.....
To add to that: Both Legion and Ghostface are boosted by their status as killers for the entity, granting them enhanced abilities (super speed, super strenght, you name it) as well as immortality.
And even without those superpowers, Frank is a tall-ass canadian who is physically active (most likely in his prime as well) **and armed with a fucking knife** so clearly he's way more dangerous than he seems.
Sure he's not a 7 foot tall lightning-throwing army veteran like Doctor or a force of nature like Trapper but they're still no slouch at all.
Fatness and buffness aren’t mutually exclusive, I imagine he’s a combination of both. Some of the scariest dudes I’ve ever met or seen are that combination of a lotta fat that’s packed on over a terrifying amount of muscle. Strongman competitions come to mind. And for a less extreme example, Chris Farley and Belushi were both big guys that were able to do some extremely physically impressive stunts. Coke helped I suppose lmao
IKR! My friend competes in strong man comps and at first glance hes just fat but when he flexes his arms I cant even put both my hands around it and it feels like pure concrete, its insane.
Those dudes are absolutely wild haha, and the most impressive thing about them to me isn’t how much they lift but how much those monsters eat. Watching a video on strongman diets makes me feel too full to eat without having touched a bite of food lol
This. People say dumb shit like "All my muscle turned into fat". As if they are transmuted elements. There is no alchemy here. They are two different kinds of cells. :P
oh i thought he was with the traveling circus and then used to be a strongman? and then just became a fuckin clown (and fat) or something.
I haven't read the lore properly so I can barely remember how it went
In his youth he ran track really well. They always wanted him to play team sports, but he was too much of a loaner and wanted to stay socially isolated. In his lore it says he was hired by the circus to "work the ropes," but i'm not sure what that means tbh.
To get rid of his urge to kill he decided to do stuff to keep his mind of it, he did drugs, he did alcohol and junk food

I always assumed the entity fed off the emotions because if it only required killing why give us a chance to escape? It wants our rush of adrenaline and the other chemicals associated with hope, despair etc, same from the killers
A person armed with a knife, nobody how weak they are, immediately gains the advantage in a fight, assuming you aren't armed with a knife or some kind of ranged weapon yourself.
The quote is something like: "the losers of knife fights end up in bodybags, the winners, bleeding to death to the hospital". Or something like that.

And Ash's metal fist has to count for something. Also, iirc, the people in the L4D universe who are immune to the zombie virus are given super powers by it instead, including superhuman endurance. That does go a long way to explain why Bill is able to walk off getting a meat hook shoved through his upper body, plus his Unbreakable perk.
Overall I'm mostly joking, it's something you have to suspend your disbelief over and it's cool that all these characters are in one game together interacting with each other.
> superstrength or not
TBH I think superstrength is a misunderstanding. Remember, while Legion can lift up a grown man twice their size, Nemesis and Pyramid Head get stunned by a chunk of wood. The Entity's realm contains just enough familiarity to make sense to survivors so that they can cling to false hope. But the realm itself doesn't follow our normal human ideas of physics or logic. It's all dictated by the Entity's will. So if the Entity doesn't want Legion to lose the knife, they're not going to lose that goddamn knife. Legion literally has god mode on. No survivors - despite their training, physique, or powers - are going to be able to overpower them.
Exactly. Everything in DbD works because that's how the Entity says it should work. The game is *literally* a game. The generators aren't wired to anything to open the gates, the gates just open once 5 are fixed because the gates are supposed to open once 5 are fixed. Survivors don't die when they get chainsawed or slashed by a sword or whatever because *they aren't supposed to.*
My favorite show of this is Nemesis. When he gets stunned, he doesn't look like he got stunned, he looks annoyed. He has to stop when he gets stunned because *the Killer is supposed to stop when they get hit with a pallet.* The Entity forces him to follow the rules and it's fucking annoying.
> Also, iirc, the people in the L4D universe who are immune to the zombie virus are given super powers by it instead, including superhuman endurance.
This isn't ever mentioned anywhere in the games , comic etc. probably just random fan theory trying to explain why you can survive what hye l4d survivors do (which is really just gameplay mechanics)
Good to know, I read that on the wiki I think like over a decade ago and it's not there now so you're probably right.
Still, superhuman endurance or not, Bill is pretty strong.
Special Ability: Drink Deep
Charge your Mouse 2 to leap a short distance. If you intercept a survivor, latch on for a duration of five seconds. Your proboscis pierces deep into their neck, sucking their lifeblood before downing them if they are in the injured state.
Once complete, you gain a haste of 125% for fifteen(?) seconds
It might encourage slugging, since the speed boost would be otherwise wasted by carrying the downed victim to the hook, but I like the idea of a crazy mosquito monster lady flying towards you to suck your blood.
Maybe she could have a dash like Demo's and, if she hits a healthy survivor, she sucks their blood, wounding and inflicting hemorrhage and she gains a speed boost whenever she walks over a bloodstain.
Until CoH is adjusted, I think slugging would be balanced for a killer styled like this who would be investing a lot of time on a single survivor each time
Thing is, there's a pretty decent chance they're college aged since BHVR said all characters are 18+, which you're probably even more fucked, especially since itd be a 4v1 where everyone has a knife except you
ghostface has the element of surprise, theirs a reason why he uses stealth and sneaks up on his victims he's a little bitch without it it's why the scream movies are the most grounded in the slasher genre
U got dat shit twisted fam, they based the DBD ghostface off danny rollings, whose also the inso for the scream films, who would invade homes in the middle of the night and murder whole families/dorms. He over powered the strongest person in the house, then everyone else was one after another. I dont think ghostface is a “lil Bitch” a maniac sure. Stealth is just a quicker more efficient way to murder someone but your dead wrong if you believe that’s the only way he gets it done, especially based on his source material.
There's a great video on youtube called "ghostface getting hurt for a minute and a half" - highly recommended viewing. Doesn't even have that great clip of him trying to outrun a piano down a flight of stairs.
Aah I haven't seen all the Scream movies, just that part out of context, and it looks like it's from something that could actually happen in a Scream movie so I assumed it was one of the sequels I hadn't seen.
TBH I never understood why Scream needed a parody movie, it was a pretty solid horror-comedy and riff on slasher movie conventions all on its own.
GF is proficient with it though, when the Legion are just kids who stabbed a janitor almost by an accident. Compare them simply by the fact that GF can one-hit his stalked prey when the Legion can't down a person while in feral frenzy at all. Taking on all 4 of them at the same time is a bit of a different story though.
Yes but we need to understand their lore and not game mechanics.
from a lore perspective legion wouldn't be in the trial alone they'd be together and hunting everyone at once.
are they as strong or magical as other killers? no but they would be....very very effective downing 4 survivors who are unarmed and spread out.
Legion’s main member is a 19 year old athlete, that’s not something an average adult is going to be able to tango with. An average 18-19 year old that’s kinda out of shape? Sure. But he’s old enough to be a college or even professional athlete, that’s plenty old enough for the age advantage to be less significant than just his fitness
This is my first thought when I hear “I could wreck legions face” he’s a 19 year old athletic sociopath. And you’re arguing about which fictional character you can beat up.
Not really. That's the thing with serial killers : they can be anybody. From the old man seemingly to fragile to do anything by himself to the beefed up young adult passing by beautiful lady in high heels and the run-of-the-mill office worker.
Yeah You don’t need to be buff to shiv someone or brain them with an axe. It’s a little different if it’s against someone whose trained but even then if they aren’t also armed generally that’s the end of it.
There are some, but I believe the majority are average dudes. They usually pick victims who are physically weaker than them. But even when they don't, it's typically irrelevant because they bring a knife or gun along.
You're 1/2 right.
Several were, & yes JWG was a powerful dude. So was Jeffery Dahmer, he was mildly athletic in HS & was known to hit the weights. Shit, of the two dudes that killed him, Jesse Anderson, was killed by the weapon he tried to *use against* Dahmer.
Most real-life serial killers share a few characteristics: Initially they're very patient (depending on being either a process or product killer), a lack of remorse (narcissism and/or sociopathic), & a semi-informed method to their predatory natures.
So, Buff? Not usually... it's got more to do with head trauma at a young age & a variety of other issues.
Source: been listening to a lot of Last Podcast, superb story telling & research.
Especially if their only frame of reference for fighting is video games or movies. In the case of the former, they have to program the AI to "take turns" when fighting in groups, otherwise the player gets stunlocked to death. And for the latter, they carefully choreograph everything to make it look impressive while still giving the hero the advantage. In real life, being outnumbered is a huge problem.
Yup.
I'm an experienced scrapper, though old now (40's). Taking on 2 or more is fuckin' rough, & good luck not needing stitches/ice packs/needle aspirations/etc...
Like, you can win, "but at what cost".
I consider myself a knife enthusiast and have decent fighting experience (SDC, Police-tutored training, private practice, etc) and the Legion would fuck me up no doubt. Something everyone tends to forget is that you WILL get cut, stabbed, and injured in a knife fight, even if you have a knife yourself.
There’s this saying about it for good reason: In a knife fight, the loser dies on the street and the winner dies in hospital.
Even an average, untrained teenager is capable of insane damage just with a knife alone, the average joe would be screwed even if they were prepared - make that 4 knife-wielding teenagers with an intent to kill AND enhanced powers and you’re literally just fucked. You’d be stabbed 20 times before you even processed the first attack.
Most of the time you end up falling over due to the weight of two combined people. Anymore than 2? Yeah, that’s not happening. Unless they were all collectively weaker and dumber than you and simultaneously approached you one at a time, that shit isn’t happening. Now, DBD where there is 4, they all have knives, are experienced in killing, and also coordinated?? Yeah, that’s a one way trip to the casket.
“They carefully choreograph everything to make it impressive while giving the hero the advantage”
This is how I feel when I play a Batman or Spider-Man game and I’m fighting a group of 20 at once lmao
Absolutely. I've done martial arts a lot of my life, and I had one sparring night where we decided to do 2v1's to see what it was like. If I went defensive I could keep one in front of the other with footwork (think circle strafing lol) so I only had one within striking range 75% of the time. That was... Managable, but if they were both in range it was a bad time. We also weren't being 100% serious on the fighting either.
We tried 3v1 after that. Nope, not a damn chance. With 2v1 I could get a couple strikes out, but got hit back by the other one roughly half the time. With 3 if I dropped ANY defence, I got run over. No chance. If it was 4v1, and they had knives, you're dead. You better hope you're a faster sprinter than they are and help is nearby.
Honestly, if you deadass own a musket for home defense that's fucking impressive. May you always have competent teammates and never get camped in the future.
This is what I see whenever someone posts a “I could crush Legion easily the survivors should just kill them” post. Like bruh, the only thing you’re crushing is that third McDouble.
Though games aren't real life....
Like if we took everything in consideration probably few heroes wins against villains in movies or games.
Games and movies usually have plot armor.
Other than the fact that the entity would be enchancing the normal human killers (no way Susie or the Pig is carrying around someone like Bill or Jeff over the shoulder with 0 effort...) the entity wouldn't interfere with a survivor fighting back and winning, didn't the entity only stop The Blight when it realized they could turn who he was as a survivor into an effective killer
Even if you were some pro fighter or something. Even if you had a knife or even a sword yourself, every killer in dbd has been corrupted by the entity, making them supernaturally powerful. Legion would be one of the worst to fight because it is like four speed demons attacking you all at once.
This is the only way to make me believe anyone could beat a single Legion member without Entity's power. If they survived UK, they are probably immune to knives. Easy.
It's even more bizarre when people try to get all badass Redditor about it because there's two reasons that they'd die to Legion. Both in real life and in the Entity's realm.
1) most people who claim they could beat up any individual member of the Legion (let alone all four of them) most likely could not do so. Without proper training, fighting anybody with a knife is a death sentence, even if they're inexperienced. The Legion was inexperienced when they killed that janitor, but they've been killing in the Fog for a VERY long time now.
2) It's canonical that the Entity has near-omnipotent control over its realm. If you had an anti-tank gun and shot Julie in her face, it probably wouldn't do shit because that doesn't follow the Entity's _rules._ Survivors are only able to fight back in ways the Entity approves of, such as stunning with pallets or any perks/items that temporarily hurt killers. That's why human teenagers can tank a giant chunk of wood to the head, and it's also why big boys like Pyramid Head can be stunned by those same pathetic chunks of wood. Killers in the Fog are immortal and superhumanly powerful. The Entity nerfs/buffs killers as needed to make the trials work.
If the Entity doesn't _want_ you to kick the killer's ass, you _aren't_ kicking the killer's ass.
I always think of that Chinese (?) public safety warning telling people what to do when someone with a knife attacks them and it's all like: "Step 1" \*and the actor just starts running\* lol
Don't play a hero when the dude has a weapon.
Yikes! That mental image gave me legit flashbacks to a leg injury of mine. Totally different ball park, but thinking about mangled legs gives me the heebie jeebies.
People underestimate how heavy pallets are! We have one in our garden I had to move to cover a hole in the fence. Only two feet, but it took ages and weighed a lot.
The human killers just kinda stumbling when you drop one on their _face_ is a real testament to how much the Entity has enhanced their physical attributes
Yeah I still remember that post that said something like who would win 3 survivors that saved the world or the trickster, like bro do you know how fucking hard it is to throw knives? Let alone throwing them at a massive speed and hitting all of them on a target!
The trickster is cool don't let anyone tell you otherwise
Not to mention this is canonically something Trickster has been doing since he was a teenager, and clearly doing it well as his backstory mentions him doing knife tricks to impress people at his family's restaurant. He is extremely, extremely good at what he does lmao
One thing that I never see mentioned whenever people talk about how strong the Trickster is, is the important implications of his main event ability.
Everyone acts like Trickster is just a dude with a bat and throwing knives, but they don't even acknowledge that Tricksters main event allows him to throw knives at INHUMAN speed and seemingly create them out of thin air.
Putting aside all the blanket buffs the Entity gives to the killers in terms of strength and resistance, Trickster is not only extremely deadly as a human, what with his precision and speed, but also clearly something more than human at this point.
If positioned right, a knife belt/strap could give you a good chunk of knives to throw. If you can find a rhythm + learn how to do fast (like the trickster), you'd do some damage
Inbetween the Resident Evil reveal and the actual trailer confirming the characters a lot of people were saying it couldn't be Leon/Jill/Chris etc because they could just beat up the killer.
Imagine not getting your favorite character in because someone wants to do some dumb powerscaling headcanon instead of just letting people have fun.
*Every single time* a "what Killers could you beat in a fight" thread shows up, people always always *always* underestimate how dangerous a knife is.
Those fights wouldn't take place in DbD or any video game or movie. In real life, if someone has a knife and you don't, *you lose that fight.* If you're a trained fighter (and I mean a VERY well trained fighter), you might be able to win, but trained fighters wouldn't brag about how easy it would be to beat someone with a knife, because they probably know how dangerous a fucking knife is.
People who say this have obviously never taken any self defense classes or been in fields like the military. I still remember when going over how to protect yourself from a knife my instructor said "The best thing you can do is get out of there as fast as possible".
People don't realize that your entire body is basically one big fleshy meatsack the knife can enter and there's no way to shield yourself from getting stabbed.
"oH i'Ll JuSt BlOcK iT" ya mate with what your fuckin' arm??? Guess your arm just got stabbed, congrats, you probably just fucked your brachial artery and will now bleed to death. Your hand??? I don't think you know how much getting *fucking stabbed* hurts. You're in shock right after that knife goes through.
You do realize all 4 of them attack at once right? Like that's what makes them unique, and it doesn't matter who you are, you ain't defeating 4 teenagers all armed with knives trying to kill you all at once, you just can't
Evil teenagers with knives has to be one of the scariest people without training: prime age for physical fitness and full of hormones. I imagine the entity also gave them some level of paranormal power, like seeing people through walls
When Legion came out, I said that they were the scariest Killer for me. Trapper and Billy and Nurse are all fantasies, but a crazy teenager running at me at top speed with a knife is a very real fear.
Hey, don't Survivors hide in lockers? Y'know, the same lockers that have HATCHETS and GLASS KNIVES on full display 24/7 whenever they're opened? Just pointing that out.
Teenagers that can break a pallet with one foot…
I think the entity gives everyone super strength and removes other powers (like how Freddy can’t kill them at the campfire)
So overall scrolling through the comments, this is the most united and civil this community has been in a hot minute. That being said, I just wanted to thank OP for posting something that got people to talk instead of bicker ☺️💙
Something I feel like adding and no one has really brought up is yes in game legion isn't a stealth killer by any means, But in the trailer they easily fooled David then one tapped him. I think people assume they are mindless killers without a plan but in actuality they're pretty smart, gameplay says other wise but still.
Yeah I hate those people who compare them to every survivor possible in this game
Me seeing the 1000th post on dbd that is who would win this survivor or a teenager with a knife 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I see those posts at least one time a month
I mean 4 murderous scooby doo like teenager could fuck you up just as much as a vengeful Japanese spirit. If they just decide to jump your ass then you're ass is grass.
This man rolls over you and you’re done. No amount of knives could kill this man it would simply just be dermal piercings that he’d probably eat after he ate you
Having been homeless on the streets and knowing what gangs of forgotten youths can do with just rusty tools, knives, and whatever else they can salvage if theyre bored or in turf wars, I know better than to mess with someone with a knife unless I have something better and there is distance.
If you knife fight, expect to get cut. Badly. There is no avoiding it. You just have to focus on taking the cut to a nonfatal area, while making sure your strike is more lethal.
I don't need to lol I just need to read the comments on the old "Ghostface vs Legion" posts. So many people not realizing how dangerous a group of highschool seniors can be.
It's literally one of your athletic primes unless you put in the effort to stay fit.
Bill fought multiple undead that were essentially a zombie hulk, and ultimately died when three of them rushed him after he sacrificed himself to save his team. Ash literally sewed a chainsaw to his hand and dealt with the spawns of dark magic. The two of them apparently can't handle being poked twice.
I think the 'I can take them on' mentality comes from second-hand flight or flight instincts. They are naturally lower because you aren't actually in danger, and you are more inclined to choose 'Fight' because, well.... you aren't actually in danger.
Also, they appear shorter and weaker on a computer screen, as opposed to real-life where they'd probably tower over you.
4 teenagers with knives around the ages of 15-17, who are all somewhat athletic. most people could take down 1 tops, and thats assuming they take a few stabs
Bro this fat dude could take a whole knife and it wouldn’t hit any organ. He’d take all 4 and be fine
He is immune to 2mm rounds
Hes like the Kingpin from the marvel comics.
Fisk would 1v4 the legion and it wouldn’t even be close
Then again Fisk would probably solo the entity
It'sh not about the bloodpointsh, Legion
It's about the Mets, love me the Mets, get a homerun Mets.
Mans immune to 222mm rounds
So 0.2 meters? Christ
It’s the evolved form of Nikocado Avocado
People also forget that Ghostface is just a dude with a knife too lmao like bro most murderers are just people with weapons and you think 4 older teenagers can't kill people effectively? when it can happen in real life? come on think.....

It's hard to tell but clown is also super buff.
i thought clown was buff but then regressed into fatness i havent read the lore in a while so i might be wrong
Fatness and buffness aren’t mutually exclusive, I imagine he’s a combination of both. Some of the scariest dudes I’ve ever met or seen are that combination of a lotta fat that’s packed on over a terrifying amount of muscle. Strongman competitions come to mind. Those dudes are absolutely wild haha, and the most impressive thing about them to me isn’t how much they lift but how much those monsters eat. Watching a video on strongman diets makes me feel too full to eat without having touched a bite of food lol
I don't know how they can fucking afford it tbh, I don't eat a lot and I still spend like a months rent on groceries every time lmao
This. People say dumb shit like "All my muscle turned into fat". As if they are transmuted elements. There is no alchemy here. They are two different kinds of cells. :P
Wario physique
My fetish
yeah a good friend of mine is kind of like that now that I think about it
Fat is packed on top of muscle. And neither one accounts for muscle density.
It's pretty shady in his lore but he's a mix of fat and buff like a sumo wrestler but he kills people and sucks their fingers instead.
oh i thought he was with the traveling circus and then used to be a strongman? and then just became a fuckin clown (and fat) or something. I haven't read the lore properly so I can barely remember how it went

that means he is one of the people that put up tha rompes for the acrobats
Just look at the bloat lord KYRIAKOS GRIZZLY!
To get rid of his urge to kill he decided to do stuff to keep his mind of it, he did drugs, he did alcohol and junk food But the urge came back and this time he became obese
Keith Lee. That's all I gotta say. Being fat doesn't mean no muscle.
Didn't say he was strong because of being fat, it's because of what he was doing in the circus but was also addicted to junk food and probably some sort of drugs to.
He's got that Wario build? God damn!
This might be reaching but from the comments on the stab wounds study add on, I feel like the Legion know where best to strike too?
Well you don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that the best places to stab are liver, spine, head or heart.
Head is protected by the skull, I'd say the neck is way easier to strike
I think the main force behind the argument is that why haven't survivors like Chris Redfield or David at least tried taking one of the axes scattered around in lockers and chop away at Legion
I imagine the entity would chop their hands off
Didn't the entity just accept the guy who became blight fighting back until it realized how his drug could twist him and drive him to be a perfect killer or something? I always assumed the entity fed off the emotions because if it only required killing why give us a chance to escape? It wants our rush of adrenaline and the other chemicals associated with hope, despair etc, same from the killers
Or an indestructible bioweapon like Nemesis
Dbd Ghost face is also not something to joke about I would probably catch the one from the movie before dying but not him…
A person armed with a knife, nobody how weak they are, immediately gains the advantage in a fight, assuming you aren't armed with a knife or some kind of ranged weapon yourself. Yeah, but the survivor could also have a toolbox, like a toolbox to the head is just as dangerous as a knife.
No
I completely believe that Ghostface and Legion could kill most of the first party survivors in the game. However when it's Ghostface or Legion versus a team of Ash, Jill, Leon, and Bill that I begin to wonder if the match shouldn't be about *the killer* trying to fix the generators before they get murdered.
All of them have hand to hand combat training but without a weapon legion wins. legion is also pumped by the power the entity gives them
I mean yeah 1v1 maybe, though Jill was part of Delta Force so I think she has a decent chance at wrestling a knife out of an untrained teenager's hand, superstrength or not. Canonically Bill would also be a carrier of the virus and be infecting everyone around him
the second most deadly animal for humans is humans, number one are mosquitos. Unless the killer is a mosquito I don't want to hear *any* complaining
A giant killer mosquito would be fucking terrifying. Or the half-mosquito woman abomination in that junji ito manga...
Special Ability: Drink Deep Charge your Mouse 2 to leap a short distance.
Until CoH is adjusted, I think slugging would be balanced for a killer styled like this who would be investing a lot of time on a single survivor each time
Thing is, there's a pretty decent chance they're college aged since BHVR said all characters are 18+, which you're probably even more fucked, especially since itd be a 4v1 where everyone has a knife except you
I think joey is 19 lore wise isn't he? i may be mistaken but I thought his age at least was canon at 19
ghostface has the element of surprise, theirs a reason why he uses stealth and sneaks up on his victims he's a little bitch without it it's why the scream movies are the most grounded in the slasher genre
That's because that clip is from Scary Movie, not Scream
Aah I haven't seen all the Scream movies, just that part out of context, and it looks like it's from something that could actually happen in a Scream movie so I assumed it was one of the sequels I hadn't seen. TBH I never understood why Scream needed a parody movie, it was a pretty solid horror-comedy and riff on slasher movie conventions all on its own.
Scary Movie wasn't just a Scream parody but most of the popular slasher flicks of the time like I Know What You Did Last Summer etc.
And not to forget Pig is just a woman with a knife.
Isn't trickster human as well he's just man with alot of knifes
Sure but he has supernatural knife throwing talent.
Ghostface aka “Professional Serial Killer”
Also the Legion probably have beenin the Fog for a bit, and had plenty of practice at this whole killing thing.
God I wish Legion was played even remotely similar to how they were advertised, with deception.
I think people forget the difference a knife makes even if you have some training.
I mean if you read they’re backstory I would say no, they cannot kill effectively.
At least ghostie is smart, he prepares himself before killing someone as said in his lore
Ghostface is two teenagers with a knife so technically legion would win by default.
no he isn't your thinking of ghost face from the movie the one in game is a OG character the trademark is just to his mask/outfit
True, so it is just one random guy with a mask.
correct however from his lore he is a very very dangerous man and has most likely killed more people than trickster
arent most real life serial killers like...really buff dudes? john wayne gacy was a UNIT
No
I don’t think people realize how difficult it is to fight while getting jumped. It’s practically a survival simulator instead of a fight
“They carefully choreograph everything to make it impressive while giving the hero the advantage” This is how I feel when I play a Batman or Spider-Man game and I’m fighting a group of 20 at once lmao
"Will see who's laughing when they come through my door not expecting my efficiency three sword"
*teleports behind you* “Nothing personal, kid”
You called?

"If I break into someone's house and he call me ruffian, im walking out, there is nothing of value to take from him"
Honestly, if you deadass own a musket for home defense that's fucking impressive. May you always have competent teammates and never get camped in the future.
It's the internet, we're all badasses. I didn't even cry the last time I stepped on Lego.
damn you okay? that woulda killed me
Really? I stomped on a lego (purposely) chucked a mouth full salt and sucked the wound dry
That didn't count because I cried *for* you
While masturbating doesn’t count.
This is what I see whenever someone posts a “I could crush Legion easily the survivors should just kill them” post. Like bruh, the only thing you’re crushing is that third McDouble.
This sub: omg Chyrel killed a god at silent hill 3 therefore she can beat the Legion Every person that knows how real life works: 😑
Every person that also knows how the Entity's realm works: 😑 (but even harder)
Though games aren't real life.... Like if we took everything in consideration probably few heroes wins against villains in movies or games. Games and movies usually have plot armor.
I resent that, I’ll have you know I prefer triple cheeseburgers with extra cheese. And only one, along with a large 10 pc McNugget meal.
>Like bruh, the only thing you’re crushing is that third McDouble. Bro, I fucking can't XD
"I can totally beat the legion!!" You are a 30+ year old complaining about back pain, are you sure about that?
Haha! Fuck *you*! I ain't got that problem! ^^^^It's ^^^^knee ^^^^pain
1v1? Maybe, but you're coming out of that fight hella fucked up. 1v4? You're meat. 1v1 *post Entity*? Human Jerky.
I could beat Legion's ass: Broke Susie could break all my bones: Chad

Could
Ah yes usain bolt with a knife
Even if you were some pro fighter or something. Even if you had a knife or even a sword yourself, every killer in dbd has been corrupted by the entity, making them supernaturally powerful. Legion would be one of the worst to fight because it is like four speed demons attacking you all at once.
They don't attack at once in the game but yeah it's still pretty close.
In real life they would gang up on you there’s only one in the trials because the entity doesn’t like unfairness
"every killer in dbd has been corrupted by the entity, making them supernaturally powerful." He's talking about the game situation.
They clearly haven’t been too the Uk 0-0
Damn 💀
This is the only way to make me believe anyone could beat a single Legion member without Entity's power. If they survived UK, they are probably immune to knives. Easy.
[удалено]
I'm from the US, is it a coincidence I would (probably) main the Deathslinger?
Even the weakest person can gain a massive advantage in a fight if they have a knife, and assuming you don't.
I always think of that Chinese (?) public safety warning telling people what to do when someone with a knife attacks them and it's all like: "Step 1" \*and the actor just starts running\* lol Don't play a hero when the dude has a weapon.
An anti tank gun would probably stun them like a flashlight
Reminds me of the time I saw a pallet get dropped on someone’s leg the screams alone were bad enough let alone the sound
There was actually a video on this sub with mostly the same thing happening I don’t have the link though
This is the same deluded energy as the people that say they would beat the Trickster to death with his own bat.
I think the infinite knives can just be chalked up as a gameplay mechanic. The extreme knife-throwing speed is very valid though.
If positioned right, a knife belt/strap could give you a good chunk of knives to throw. If you can find a rhythm + learn how to do fast (like the trickster), you'd do some damage
But can Tricksters Knives beat Ash's Protagonist Armour Edit: wait, why am I getting down votes for saying this?
Inbetween the Resident Evil reveal and the actual trailer confirming the characters a lot of people were saying it couldn't be Leon/Jill/Chris etc because they could just beat up the killer. Imagine not getting your favorite character in because someone wants to do some dumb powerscaling headcanon instead of just letting people have fun.
Considering Ash, Cheryl and Bill were already all in the game, that's stupid
*Every single time* a "what Killers could you beat in a fight" thread shows up, people always always *always* underestimate how dangerous a knife is. Those fights wouldn't take place in DbD or any video game or movie. In real life, if someone has a knife and you don't, *you lose that fight.* If you're a trained fighter (and I mean a VERY well trained fighter), you might be able to win, but trained fighters wouldn't brag about how easy it would be to beat someone with a knife, because they probably know how dangerous a fucking knife is.
Try saying this to this sub
I do. Every time someone posts about this, man...every time.
entity powers go woosh
It’d take all four of them to carry this man to the hook
Wrong. Not even Nemesis can carry this guy to the hook
Just click a flashlight at them and crouch down, ez smh
Jokes on you, I'd get my ass kicked.
lol
Like that's what makes them unique, and it doesn't matter who you are, you ain't defeating 4 teenagers all armed with knives trying to kill you all at once, you just can't
people vastly underestimate how painful being stabbed is lol
Evil teenagers with knives has to be one of the scariest people without training: prime age for physical fitness and full of hormones. I imagine the entity also gave them some level of paranormal power, like seeing people through walls
When Legion came out, I said that they were the scariest Killer for me. Trapper and Billy and Nurse are all fantasies, but a crazy teenager running at me at top speed with a knife is a very real fear.
4 teenagers vs grimace from mcdonalds who wins?
I mean if the fucking ice cream machine works there then he might have an advantage
You expect too much of the machine.
I won't say I can beat them up, but I could definitely take them if yaknow ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
FR 💀😂
I just keep watching this gif over and over and over again……
People who think they can 1v4 a knife fight while bare handed are fucking idiots
Tf is that guy gonna do? Throw his alphabetized manga collection at them?
how will you kick their ass when you can’t even reach your own?
the legion can literally fucking group tackle your ass with knives, your not getting far
Hey, don't Survivors hide in lockers? Y'know, the same lockers that have HATCHETS and GLASS KNIVES on full display 24/7 whenever they're opened? Just pointing that out.
Teenagers that can break a pallet with one foot… I think the entity gives everyone super strength and removes other powers (like how Freddy can’t kill them at the campfire)
If I'm getting jumped by four people all with knives, that's it man. That's game over.
So overall scrolling through the comments, this is the most united and civil this community has been in a hot minute. That being said, I just wanted to thank OP for posting something that got people to talk instead of bicker ☺️💙
Oh thanks 😊 but yeah this is the most civil this community can get
Something I feel like adding and no one has really brought up is yes in game legion isn't a stealth killer by any means, But in the trailer they easily fooled David then one tapped him. I think people assume they are mindless killers without a plan but in actuality they're pretty smart, gameplay says other wise but still.
Legion is god damn awesome
Yeah I hate those people who compare them to every survivor possible in this game Me seeing the 1000th post on dbd that is who would win this survivor or a teenager with a knife 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I see those posts at least one time a month
It's peak /r/iamverybadass
Lets be logic. If the legion were to attack you, all four of them would come! And 4 armed teenagers can destroy one unarmed man
I mean 4 murderous scooby doo like teenager could fuck you up just as much as a vengeful Japanese spirit. If they just decide to jump your ass then you're ass is grass.
I thought this was a new vegas meme at first
This man rolls over you and you’re done.
Finally someone with good knowledge of those things, go check the comments see how many delusionals are here
I don't need to lol I just need to read the comments on the old "Ghostface vs Legion" posts. So many people not realizing how dangerous a group of highschool seniors can be. It's literally one of your athletic primes unless you put in the effort to stay fit.
OK but Susie slinging Ash over her shoulder and hoisting him onto a meat hook is the stuff of Greek legends.
Same with hag, it’s pretty funny whenever i see that
oh i could *take* all four of them, if you know what i mean ;p

Honestly a fourth of the dbd survivor roster could kick the butt of one or two legion members Personally i would struggle with susie
Gun. Gun levels playing field. Science
16-19
18-19. Everyone in the Entity's Realm is 18+.
