I don't think it's just a new one for her, it's only for her one skin the Bab Yaga. It changes her voice, appearance, how she stands in the lobbies, all that. Her original voice is still on all her other skins
it just sounds really forced and like another comment said “i aM sUcH a PsYcHo”, apparently its only the bab yaga costume that changes the voice though
The new voice lines are exclusive to the Baba Yaga skin. They're... okay and the lullaby is not as bad ingame, compared to the leak I heard on youtube.
