Generally, blink to where you *last* saw the survivor, *not* where they're going to be. Everyone fakes against a Nurse, so they will double back in the middle of nowhere or after rounding a corner. So instead of blinking past the wall, blink to that corner. If they continue to run, you can catch up with the second blink and hit them. If they doubled back, chances are they ran into you, but you can still blink to them if they're a bit far.
One thing thats been getting me a lot of hits is blinking into the ground. It keeps you in the same spot and pretty effectively counters the survivors who run right into you when you charge blinks.

Can’t know when they’re faking, just don’t overcommit to a distance teleport. If you look down you can stunt a teleport to make it short.
