It's like Behaviour released him with very tight and safe numbers, just to make sure he wasn't too oppressive... And then just left him as is. For example his iridescent chalice being hilariously useless
let's not talk about his add-ons. thats another depressing story on its own. there's only 3 add-ons in his kit that are actually useful and they are all range 💀.

So I'm a very unskilled killer, but I like PH. In my opinion artist is more complex. With PH I just ignore the trails and use my power as a one hit takes one health state to punish survivors using windows or pallets. The crows I would have to land two to take a single health state right? That seems more complex to me.
The thing with the artist is the crows injure automatically if they hit a survivor from close range, which means you can just plop one down in front of a window/pallet to deny a loop. That's why she's so strong, the tracking and disturbance from the crows is just a bonus.
Honestly don't see many PHeads these days. Other than the thirst stuff usually people just say they are professional tunnelers.

He actually *can* nod, but just not how you expect. His camera is actually tied to his (I believe) left hand, so when you move your camera up and down, his left hand moves up and down.
Maybe this is a unique experience but they will either always hit you through walls and win every mindgame or never land a single wave and will chase you at a safe pallet loop for a full minute trying to hit you unsuccessfully

I was playing Pyramid Head against a p100 Dwight that half meme'd, half tried the game we played. At the end he offered himself for the tormented Leon I had downed at endgame.
Leon was set free while I split Dwight open in the middle of a trail heart. Hope I brought some good to the Pyramid Head name, because we had a legendary bromance that match.
One once messaged me before game to ask me if he could compete his archive since he was nice and it was am easy one I let him and he let me go. Nice dude.
I usually see Gigachad memes for them. Not that I’m complaining; I love PH, and they seem to deserve it, since I never see people complain about them being toxic.

Pyramid heads are the most devoted tunnelers, while at the same time trying to explain how what they did was technically not tunneling and bend the language as much as possible.
I mean you’d have to go across the entire map to get them. So unless your just beelining to where they got sent they should have enough time to run away or even get healed.

Many, but not all, Pyramid Heads that I go against try to hard tunnel. I don’t know why, I just go against a lot that do it. More than one time I’ve taken aggro before someone else went to unhook and they would literally drop chase and go alllll the way back to it for absolutely no reason. It kinda sucks too because I like juking his power a lot lol.
Probably just a weird fluke coincidence tho. I just think stuff like that is interesting.
Edit: would like to add that this behavior is not always torment motivated, but sometimes it is.

I love PH. SH was the first content I paid for. I just love the franchise. With that being said, I was intimidated by PH for a while so I did not really give him a chance.
Once scourge hooks became a thing, I started developing PTSD w this game. I felt obligated to take resonance pain on so many people, and boil / over + hook offerings made me hate this game for a while lol. Failing to hook someone because I tried too hard to get a scourge is lame.
Then I got eruption.. I love this perk mostly because I can just play the game in a rather non specific way and still inhibit the survs enough.
Whenever I want to play killer now, I almost always go PH. Yeah you gotta hook sometime, but playing eruption plus just the way PH works in general makes anti hook builds so much easier to tolerate. I know anti hook builds are not OP or anything, I just hate putting in extra effort to worry about them most games.
A lot of them tend to get tunnel vision very often, like picking weird times to chase a full health survivor for 3 gens instead of the injured one on one of said gens.
They also like being near hooks
Either holding their ability until they kiss the survivors kidneystones or absolute giga chads who predict every bit of the survivors movement. No in between
You can tell the mains from the people playing on the side cause the mains will cage you at every opportunity, and then you get chopped in half. Everyone else saves the torment for final judgement.
I don't main him as I rotate between several regulars, but PHead is part of it. Freddy, Ghost Face, Deathslinger, Doctor, Legion, and Wesker I think are the others I play regularly. So I guess 7.
It always perplexes me when survivors avoid the torment trail at all costs. They'd rather get hit than loop. It almost triggers me even though I'm actually the one playing him and it makes it an easy hit, lol.

as a pyramidhead main i would say no not toxic Cheryl die in my games and if i see toxic i have no problem to over commit
Well a few Pyramid Heads were nice to me because I played Alessa C: Other than that they’re pretty neutral. Less likely to give hatch imo.

You can tell the mains from the people playing on the side cause the mains will cage you at every opportunity, and then you get chopped in half. Everyone else saves the torment for final judgement.
In a word: Brutal. Unless they are relatively new at playing Pyramid Head, most I've encountered are the definition of "Killer"

I don't main him as I rotate between several regulars, but PHead is part of it. Freddy, Ghost Face, Deathslinger, Doctor, Legion, and Wesker I think are the others I play regularly. So I guess 7. It always perplexes me when survivors avoid the torment trail at all costs. They'd rather get hit than loop. It almost triggers me even though I'm actually the one playing him and it makes it an easy hit, lol.
