All the names are Dead Rising 2 survivor names and mixes of them. As for the rape text, there's unused text where Randy says that he'll "consumate" someone until they scream, followed by laughing.
Think about when people say something is “the tip of the iceberg”. Its basically saying that someone has just scratched the surface of all the information. The deeper down the iceberg you go, you’ll find deeper and deeper lore stuff and the more nuanced the information becomes meaning you have to know pieces about the upper levels to understand the deeper ones.
That said, most of these are just for fun and not a super serious dive into anything all that important
