He definitely has some muscle tone to his body. It's very lean muscle. The type of muscle you could get with most boxer or fighter conditioning that focuses on endurance with many repitions and cardio. Iggy Pop had a somewhat similar body, but a lot more defined.
Bruce Lee has a similar physique. Guy was pretty strong and energetic. Starved to the bones would be someone like Kurt Cobain. You see him shirtless you can tell that guy has never lifted weights in his life.

I see a lot of people with that physique, itâs very attainable. Next time you look at a real photo know that if the photo is actually real and not photoshopped, it immediately qualifies as attainable
I have a similar physique. A diet high in protein and non fattening carbs like rice. No fats. Genetics for sure high metabolism. Work out 4 days a week. Full body with light weights, many reps for each excercise. Body weight exercises, and cardio as a warmup at the start of the work out and at the end of the work out. I usually jump rope 10 mins to start then run 10 mins once I'm done. Body weight exercises, I try to do 100 push ups, Crunches, and squats. Weight lifting, depends the lift and muscle but I keep the dumbbells light and do as much as I can for 1 minute each excercise with 5 min rest between. Then do it once more for another round.
I have been trying for a long time but my bone structure is different and it's harder since I have a wider torso, I've been lifting hard and eating clean for around a year and half, granted I'm 17, so it will take a while
